This fantastically located hotel includes 203 rooms spread over 5 floors. Guests are welcomed into an air-conditioned lobby with a reception, which is open 24 hours. Further facilities include 2 lifts, a TV room and an Internet terminal. The hotel's speciality includes a cosy cafe, 2 bars and 3 tasty restaurants, which are particularly inviting with delicious cuisine. The restaurants additionally include non-smoking areas.This attractive hotel enjoys a peaceful location by Coral Bay. The stunning sandy beach is located in the immediate vicinity and countless shops and restaurants can be reached in just a few minutes walk. A stop for the public bus service is located on the main road, right by the hotel (about 5 minutes walk).All the rooms are modern and tastefully designed. Each has a fully equipped bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, air conditioning and a fridge. All rooms come with a balcony as standard.There is a swimming pool in the well-maintained outdoor complex as well as sun loungers and parasols. Guests may also make use of the health spa with an indoor swimming pool, solarium, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. It is also possible to play tennis or table tennis. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation and the nearest golf course is about 15 km away.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and nice and light in the reception area.
The food was excellent, lots of meat and fish dishes to choose from, no junk food whatsoever. The staff were all very friendly, without exception. The only downside was the
outdoor pool was unheated so used by only the brave or foolish.
Entertainment restricted, but Paul, the host, was very good at interacting with the guests, therefore making a lively atmosphere.
Must mention that the location was very good, a 15 min walk to a sandy beach but just a short walk to the hotel beach if a swim is all that is required. Would definitely go back.
“ Top Tip: 2 euros for a days travel on the local buses that run every 10 mins, you can use the ticket as many times as you want in the day. Don't waste your money on a island trip, a rip off.

My wife and I, both 74 yrs young, booked all inclusive and it could NOT have been better.Not just the quantity , but the huge choice available in both food and drink was simply amazing. I have read other reviews which have mentioned the rooms being "tired" and ready for decorating, and I must say that I don't understand that and I am quite a critical person. Our holiday was end of Sept/early Oct so a lot of people would have passed thru' during the season.
I believe that the final assessment is in the question would you go back to this hotel again--the answer is unreservedly YES.
“ Top Tip: There is a great deal of choice in near pubs, restaurants and shops, but if you book all inclusive, you will find it difficult to leave the Hotel given what is available to you.

We have been to this hotel 3 times now. Still think it is a great hotel. All the staff are brilliant. Although the rooms are a bit tired looking, they are clean and serviced every day. However we only sleep in it so no problem for us.
Corellia beach is only a one euro bus ride away. Buses are very frequent. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Only downside for us is that it is no longer adults only. I would have rated it 10 if it was still adults only.
“ Top Tip: Corellia beach is better than Coal Bay beach. Bus takes you into a terminal and there are steps down to the beach with free showers and toilets. There is also a shop for drinks, ices etc.

The Avlida Hotel is a spacious hotel situated under one kilometre from the centre of Paphos, and close to a small sandy beach, directly opposite 'The Tomb of the Kings'. This hotel combines a great All Inclusive concept, comfort and hospitality, and enjoys a delightful setting for a sun filled holiday. There are many facilities and amenities offered to tempt guests nearby, the sandy beach is just 300 metres walk away and shops, taverns and bars are all located near the hotel. Paphos harbour and the local market is only about fifteen minutes walk. To book the Avlida Hotel gives you the opportunity to enjoy the inviting Cyprus climate and local culture. Getting to the hotel: 15 km from Phaphos airport (105 km from Larnaca airport) - Local Tips: This region has a wealth of history nearby and further afield all worth exploring.
“ Externally smart and likewise the public rooms. Bedrooms were spacious, if a little short on storage, but admittedly we took a lot of clothes for the fortnight.The bath was a good size and non slip with the dual showers effective, if inclined to scauld occasionally.

Located in Paphos, Akteon Holiday Village is near the airport and close to Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Lighthouse, and Paphos Archaeological Park. This hotel is set in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the sea and mountains and dramatic sunsets in the evenings. Whilst the Queens Bay attracts guests of all ages it particularly attracts couples without children. All guest rooms are air conditioned and well equipped. The hotel has a restaurant and bar whilst leisure facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, gym and tennis.
“ This could be a brilliant hotel ! The location is beautiful, the pool area is lovely, the staff are very friendly. BUT................ the rooms/bathrooms need updating, the food is buffet style - boring, bland and tasteless - no local dishes, the entertainment is 2nd class singers, karaoke and bingo.

“ The hotel was on the hole very good - it was our second time as were impressed by it first time round. We were lucky enough to be given a room with a full sea view and a massive bed. Standard of hygiene, service and facilities very good but the entertainment in the evening was a bit disappointing.

Located at the western end of Paphos, at the Coral Bay area, about 8km from the town of Paphos, in one of the most attractive and exclusive areas in Cyprus. It has a front view of the sea and direct access to the bay. Guest apartments feature air-conditioning, fridge, telephone, safe, balcony, lounge and safe. The indoor restaurant serves throughout the day a wide variety of international and local specialities with an extended choice of local wines. Guests can also enjoy a great variety of snacks, exotic cocktails and hot beverages.
“ Food ok, not excellent, but good Swimming pool, really nice but really cold, we were there mid october, the weather was fantastic, but the pool water freezing Aquaparc, great for children (even for us!!) but again, the water was freezing The appartment was nice, really big, but a bit noisy, we were near the air conditionning system.
