The Capital Coast Resort & Spa offers a variety of very spacious high quality one, two and three bedroom self catering suites, all are encompassing a contemporary light modern décor that captures the Mediterranean spirit. All suites are designed to offer a unique home away from home experience of comfort and luxury in a relaxing Mediterranean resort. The apartments standard features include individual climate control, a telephone, safe, iron / ironing board and a private balcony. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are equipped with internet connection, DVD/CD player with MP3 connectivity, a flat screen interactive television with music and games, satellite television with English channels, indoor and al fresco dining areas, a sofa bed, and a kitchen complete with an electric cooker and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Concerning bedrooms there is a choice of double or twin beds. All Executive Suite en-suites units have a hairdryer, flat screen television with music and games, satellite television with English channels, luxury bathroom amenity kit, magnifying bathroom mirror, the master en-suite bedroom with bath tub and separate walk in rain shower and a Jacuzzi (subject of availability). The studio are situated on the top last floor as an attic room and are equipped with skylight window, communal terrace and no balconies, only shower (no bath), tea & coffee facilities, a flat 27 inch interactive TV and a DVD / CD Player with MP3 connectivity. Guests should note a baby cot is available upon request.

Studios, Attic Sky View are situated on the top last floor as an attic room with skylight window, communal terrace and no balconies. It has only shower no bath.

“ Loved this Hotel but maybe because we had a fantastic suite. Every where kept spotlessly clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet really good. No actual beach but gardens lead down to the sea and plenty of sun loungers. If you are going to self cater in the very well equipped kitchen in the apartments there are no dish cloths tea towels oven gloves or dishwasher tablets. Can buy at mini mart in the hotel but better to take your own. Will definitely go back.
“ Top Tip: We ate at The Farm House Tavern - a 20 min walk which we enjoyed but every one else took the bus or a taxi! Great food here and friendly attentive staff.

I am so glad to be able to write this review as I thought I might die in the room I had at the Capital Coast in Chlorakas, near Paphos. Although the hotel looks very grand as you enter, it has no atmosphere whatsoever and no entertainment. There is a piano in the bar that badly needs tuning but that doesn't really matter because the bar is empty most of the time. There appears to be no entertainment on offer. The setting is beautiful and the furnishings in the rooms look good but what is the point of a lovely cooker and dishwasher when one is half- board and when the room doesn't even have a window that can be opened for some fresh air given that the air-conditioning is very poor? The window was actually screwed down and when the management was asked why the reply was "fear of the wind taking the window out". I certainly didn't experience anything even resembling a breeze that might have been able to wreak such damage! Iwould have thought that they might have been more worried about their guests dying of lack of air! The air-conditioning in the dining room was poor too. On a positive note the food was very good and the Maitre d' was excellent. The cleaning of the stairs area was very poor - the same marks and spillage were in evidence for days between the third and second floor. There is not a lot to appeal in the immediate area of the hotel -a few bars that are mostly empty and Lidl supermarket to cater for all your needs!!
I know that some of the rooms look great but, if you value fresh air and the possibility of a good night's sleep then avoid the studios. I was in 605 but, fortunately, escaped relatively unscathed - God help anyone staying there in July or August!!!
“ Top Tip: There's a friendly Irish bar just to the right of Lidl and Coral Bay has some nice bars.

“ The rooms are of a high standard and kept very clean. Very peaceful and relaxing round the pool area. Lovely coastal walk into Paphos which takes about 40 minutes.
“ Top Tip: Excellent restaurant - The Devonshire. Turn right out of the hotel and go past Lidels and the other few restaurants and turn left just after the Chinese and before the Esso Petrol Station. Once you've been to the The Devonshire you won't want to go anywhere else!

“ Apartments are superb, very modern everything you need including washing machine and dishwasher, full oven, microwave, toaster, real home from home. we stayed half board and could not fault it, have stayed three times now and even though this time was the busiest staff were still very polite and efficient. Clean towels every other day and even though linen should be every third day they changed ours with the towels, rooms cleaned every day. Although not right near rhe harbour there are still plenty of pubs and restaurants short walk to the right or bus stop very near and only one euro per trip or you can pay 2 euros and hop on and off as many times you wnat in one day !! Only negatives are there is not much entertainment, but its not meant to be an entertaining hotel more relaxing, and doesnt effect me as i dont swim but the indoor pool is always cold!!
“ Top Tip: Lidl just across the road, when heading towards the harbour on the tombs of the kings road you will see phukets on your left, turn left here and 100feet or so on your left is the welcome inn, all alcoholic drinks inc mixer only 2 euros, soft drinks large teas etc only 1 euro, not massive menu but very reasonable, lovely, large english breakfast inc drink 3.95 euros.
