“ Superb service and excellent rooms though the bathrooms are a little tired.
“ Top Tip: The Meze at Ouzeri down at the water's edge is the best value of the hotel's own restaurants though there are planty of good restaurants within easy walking distance without the 5* price tag. The area near the spa is best place to avoid kids. Avoid the open top Pathos city tour bus as it is terrible!

The Hotel is excellent throughout. If you have children up to say 8 then the kids club will keep them entertained and you could relax and unwind, but if like us you
want to spend time with your children then you can equally have them with you
at the family pool area, where you can relax on futon style sunbeds, eat great food and keep an eye on the children too. The facilities at the hotel mean that you can have any type of holiday you like, with the family and still come away feeling as if you have had the boutique hotel experience. Staff superb.
The small negative is the family pool area where, although the hotel has pool rules, they don't enforce, which is a flaw as not everyone can share, behave and be considerate of others, which we expected at such a highly rated hotel. When we were there we witnessed several close-shaves with children running and jumping into the pool ( No Diving- so why not no bombing/ jumping/ running?) whilst other children were swimming near the edge and underwater. Also the slate edge is slippery when wet and several slipped and hurt themselves including me. Others used up two bed-type sun loungers when they only needed one and left notes! saying they'd be back a 5pm?

Great hotel, stylish, well laid out with seperate but very nice areas for young families and adults only. Great spa, gym and pools.
The family pool had an awning so children could play for a long time with no danger of sunburn.
Staff very friendly and helpful, it was my wife's birthday and they made a real effort.
Food good but expensive
“ Top Tip: The best food was in the Hotel, but it is expensive.

“ The perfect hotel for a first holiday with baby. In particular, the baby go lightly package was brilliant and totally took the stress away from having to think about packing extras for baby. We were provided with a highchair, baby walker, changing mat, story books in the bedroom all free of charge. Would have rated a 10 but think the rooms could do with a little tlc (just a little), in particular tv sets need updating. Really excellent creche and facilites for babies (such as puree menu)
“ Top Tip: Do not pre-order nappies/milk/wipes etc on the baby go lightly service as works out v expensive. There is a large supermarket in town which stocks pampers/huggies/aptamil so much easier and cheaper to head there.

This hotel comprises 283 rooms, of which 5 are suites. A lobby area awaits guests with a 24-hour reception and 4 lifts. Facilities include a cafe, a newspaper stand, a souvenir shop, a lounge area, a boutique and a hairdresser's salon. Additionally 3 bars, a TV room, a public Internet terminal and 2 air-conditioned restaurants are to be found here. Furthermore, there are room and laundry services, a car park and a garage as well as a play area for younger guests. This hotel is suitable for wheelchair users.
“ Very clean and accommodating. Not enough drinks machines at breakfast. Only 2 small machines for a 300 roomed hotel. It would be good to have a hot drink included with evening meal.

“ We checked this hotel's review on good old trip advisor, and it had very good reviews. So we booked and stayed here. We found Kefalos Beach Tourist Village excellent... Large comfortable apartments, ours looked out to sea, this cost an extra £40.
