The Avanti Holiday Village is the new sister hotel to the well established Avanti Hotel which is situated 300 metres away. The village has beautifully laid out spacious one bedroom apartments. The friendly atmosphere combined with the variety of facilities makes it a good choice suitable for couples and families seeking a different style of holidays with more privacy and flexibility. Each apartment has 4 normal beds: 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room that are also used as sofas. The apartment can take a 3rd child on a camp bed (please request for price). Apartments offer the following amenities: spacious terrace with table and chairs, en suite full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette with grill oven, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils, individually controlled air conditioning / heating in each room, remote controlled satellite TV, music channels and radio, direct dial telephone, smoke detectors, wake up call, hairdryer, baby cot (free of charge), electric shaver outlets, safety deposit box (local charges apply). Available on request are interconnecting apartments and apartments for disabled guests.
Features
Open-air restaurant serves lunch next to the lagoon pool. Lounge cocktail bar, swim up pool bar, 24-hour front desk, currency exchange, gift shop-kiosk, multilingual staff, outdoor parking, taxi office in hotel grounds, laundry service (local charge), internet access (local charge). The kids can enjoy the popular adventure playground. There is a supervised kindergarten (4 -12 yrs), cots for infants (under 2 yrs), high chairs, baby-sitting on request (local charge), and entertainment program during school holidays.
Location
The Village enjoys a prime central location just 250 metres from the beach. It is minutes walk from the famous Paphos Harbour, 20 minutes from the Paphos International Airport and 5 minutes by taxi to the old Paphos Town which is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.
The resort is located on a flat area, wheelchair friendly and with access to all public areas both indoor and outdoor with ramps. Ground floor apartments are wheelchair accessible and apartments with larger bathrooms and wall fitted grab rails on request.
Activities
The Avanti Holiday Village is ideal for Golfers due to location and facilities. There are three 18 hole golf courses 14 -20 Kilometres away: Tsada Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club.
Guests are welcome to use the bowling green facilities of the Avanti Hotel 300 metres away. Six full sized artificial bowling greens within the hotel grounds. Suitable both for flat green and crown green bowling groups. Floodlit. Dimensions 37m x 30m Friendly games and competitions with local clubs can be arranged. Equipment is available for hire.
Close to the hotel there is a professional football pitch where friendly games with local teams and referees are arranged. Here you can find full fitness and massage facilities, private meeting rooms with A/V Equipment, professional laundry service and tailored food and beverage.

“ Nice apartments-they were very spacious and clean. The pool was always very clean and pool bar was great. The food from the day time restaurant was nice however the service was very poor. On one occasion it took at least 40mins for a portion of chips.
“
Top Tip:
There is a great bar located just next to the hotel called fiesta. They have cheap cocktails and drinks every night from 5pm and there are lots of toys for children.
Also a really nice fish restaurant opposite the above pub. Really nice food and puddings. Good service and not too expensive.

Just arrived back from The Avanti Village our first trip to Paphos, we loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and helpful, everything was made easy for us. The apartments were large, airy and clean with great air con and set in lovely tranquill gardens. The restaurants in the Piazza were all good with reasonable prices. We will def. return to The Avanti Village. The pool was large, sunbeds were plentiful, the pool swim up bar was lovely.
The one and only negative I can give is that the beds are very hard but it wouldnt stop us going back, just next time we will consider taking a mattress topper :o) We'll be back next year!
“ Top Tip: The bus to the harbour on the opposite side of road, 5 mins, cost 1 euro. Pay 2 euros for day ticket and you can travel all day. Turn left out of hotel entrance on the main road and theres more bars. If you like chinese try the Tao Chinese Restaurant turn left at Bliss Juice Bar on the main promenade and its up the hill on your right, also if you fancy typical cypriot with music and dancing try Demokritos opposite both excellent food/prices.

“ Had such a magnificent time at the Avanti Village, I would highly recommend this to anyone of any age! The pool is amazing and very large, never a problem getting sunbeds and everyone around the Village were friendly. The staff were exceptional and couldn't be more helpful. Apartments were VERY clean and large, perfect for a SC holiday. We would definately stay at the Avanti Village again and hope to soon.
“ Top Tip: The Ocean Basket restaurant located in the Avanti Village is a must, food was truly amazing. Buses to the Harbour are regular and only 1 euro each, taxi's are quite expensive so I would advise the bus instead, its very quick. The Wave Dancer is also another excellent excursion, lovely boat and large and really good entertainment.

The Avanti Hotel is an outstanding four star establishment situated in a prime position in the heart of the popular Paphos. The hotel's modern architecture and luxurious interior decoration are designed to attract discerning holiday makers in search of something that makes a good holiday great. The hotel is set in landscaped gardens and situated just 250 metres from the beach.

I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN AN HOTEL THAT DOES THAT,ALSO THEY NEVER WASHED THE CUPS OR THE GLASSES,APART FROM THAT IT WAS AVERY PLEASANT STAY WITH LOTS FOR THE KIDS, AND ADULTS TO DO.

The popular hotel and apartment complex includes a main building and the studios and apartments lie on the opposite side of the road. Guests are greeted in an inviting lobby featuring a reception, an attractive bar, and an elegant restaurant with a non-smoking area, where guests are able to enjoy traditional dishes. Furthermore, there is a TV area available for use. Room and laundry services round up the services on offer.

This modern hotel comprises a 2-storey main building as well as a 2-floor annexe block with a total of 244 rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a lobby bar, a lift and a café in addition to a small supermarket, several shops, a bar, a games room, a TV room, a tavern and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. Conference rooms may be taken advantage of, as can the public Internet terminal, laundry and medical services whilst children may participate in the kids' club activities and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and a garage. The modern, tastefully fitted rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV (with music channel), a radio, Internet access, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, tiling, a sitting area and a hire safe. “ We checked this hotel's review on good old trip advisor, and it had very good reviews. So we booked and stayed here. We found Kefalos Beach Tourist Village excellent... Large comfortable apartments, ours looked out to sea, this cost an extra £40.
