Coral Beach Hotel

“ Not a 5 star hotel but it is pleasant, got character and it warms to you.
We were All Inclusive, most drinks covered but not a great deal of day time food. Breakfast and Lunch in self-service restaurant, bit like a canteen I am afraid, food most times luke warm and not always appealing. At night you could eat once per week a la carte and from a set menu each evening, this food in comparison was excellent. Some parents allowed their children to run around the kitchen as though it was te kids playground, not once did I see any staff correct them or speak to the parents - sorry it was like being around The Clampett's.
Staff very friendly and attentive.
Excellent location, don't be put off but dont expect the Ritz either.

“ Top Tip: 100 yds behind the supermarket is a pub Frog n Toad, they in conjunction with Frydays next door serve up the best fish and chips I have ever had abroad.

“ I have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time I have stayed on a HB basis.

The standard of service and food quality has seemed to be lower when the hotel was in low season and not many guests were staying. The last time I stayed, mid March, the hotel was busier with more staff and consequently standards seemed higher.

The hotel is on a marina but with a beach next door. There are some fabulous walks along the beach / cliff tops locally. There are some restaurants / shops close by and a wider choice 10 mins walk away.

A local bus service starts from the hotel next door which goes into paphos and gives access to 2 major archelogical areas (Papos mosaics and tomb of the kings) and other beaches / areas of entertainment / shops etc.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, where car hire is not essential.

“ This is a lovely hotel with a lot of aminities. The staff are all very nice and helpful but it has the feeling of a continenal hotel trying to be a high class British hotel like the Savoy. When on holiday you want to relaxe not feel as if you are out of place. I have been in most of the top hotels in the world but this time I did not feel comfortable. There was only one bar and one restaurants open in the area. Which ment you had to go on the bus for some thing different.

“ Top Tip: The frog and Toad was the only pub open. They were frendly and if you like football the had 6 screens. All the locals went there and there sunday lunch was very nice.
