“ This is a lovely hotel with a lot of aminities. The staff are all very nice and helpful but it has the feeling of a continenal hotel trying to be a high class British hotel like the Savoy. When on holiday you want to relaxe not feel as if you are out of place. I have been in most of the top hotels in the world but this time I did not feel comfortable. There was only one bar and one restaurants open in the area. Which ment you had to go on the bus for some thing different.
“ Top Tip: The frog and Toad was the only pub open. They were frendly and if you like football the had 6 screens. All the locals went there and there sunday lunch was very nice.

Hotel facilities (room furniture and equipment) not near 5 star hotel quality I woul rate the hotel at 3 star top; carpets worn of, sticky wordrobes door, bathroom hmm... I can not even comment on this. It should be room with disable person acces and we had room with high bath where support was located on the right hand side under shower and behind shower screen glass (imposibble to reach)!
Lack of space in the room no separated sitting area from the bedroom - awful!
I really did not feel in the room as in the 5 star hotel and my husband was very disappointed what we received. There was mistake made with booking the room as well , we shoul have family room not twin room absolute disaster.
Indoor swimming pool very small and in quite bad condition,
SPA - hmm... I had pedicure there - for the first time in my life it was dry pedicure because basin was that smelly I had refused to put my feet in and lady was cutting my toe nails and made my big toe bleeding - and not even saying sorry.
There was some good things:
Food was fantastic, very nice restaurants within the hotel,
Hotel location - perfect just on the beach but I can imagine in Summer time it must be packed and very hard to find bed to relax.
Hotel Gymnasium small but offering proffesional help (not cheap)
Overall I would not back there for this price again!

The hotel was lovely. The food was fantastic and the staff really friendly. I would say it is a 4 star rather than 5 star hotel and the rooms need a refurb but they are spacious, well equipped and clean.
The pool area is great and our children had a fantastic time.
The kids club could do with a few more structured activities.
The bar - indoor and out is very relaxing and well thought out.
We were all inclusive which worked really well for us with 2 young children.

This fantastically located hotel includes 203 rooms spread over 5 floors. Guests are welcomed into an air-conditioned lobby with a reception, which is open 24 hours. Further facilities include 2 lifts, a TV room and an Internet terminal. The hotel's speciality includes a cosy cafe, 2 bars and 3 tasty restaurants, which are particularly inviting with delicious cuisine. The restaurants additionally include non-smoking areas.
“ The hotel was clean, comfortable and nice and light in the reception area. The food was excellent, lots of meat and fish dishes to choose from, no junk food whatsoever. The staff were all very friendly, without exception.

This modern hotel comprises a 2-storey main building as well as a 2-floor annexe block with a total of 244 rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a lobby bar, a lift and a café in addition to a small supermarket, several shops, a bar, a games room, a TV room, a tavern and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. Conference rooms may be taken advantage of, as can the public Internet terminal, laundry and medical services whilst children may participate in the kids' club activities and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and a garage. The modern, tastefully fitted rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV (with music channel), a radio, Internet access, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, tiling, a sitting area and a hire safe. Selected rooms with views out over the sea may be booked.
“ We checked this hotel's review on good old trip advisor, and it had very good reviews. So we booked and stayed here. We found Kefalos Beach Tourist Village excellent... Large comfortable apartments, ours looked out to sea, this cost an extra £40.

“ Excellent holiday! Appreciated we were at back end of season and there seemed to be less staff than last time we went - however those present were very helpful and pleasant.Any small maintenance issues taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great location - parts of hotel could do with re furb but we will go again.
