“ A lovely place to stay. Accommodation was excellent, we had a 2 bedroomed ground floor appartment which had an oven, full hob and grill, a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine! I've never stayed in such well equipped self catering accommodation. The complex was lovely and very well maintained. We went at low season when it was very quiet so can't comment on entertainment etc also we were fully self catering so can't comment on food. But very enjoyable and would certainly re visit for some October sunshine.

Thought the facilities within the apartment were brilliant. It is unusual to get a dishwasher and a washing machine. Spacious rooms.Views from apartment were very nice and it is not too far from bars etc.
Reception friendly and pool very nice size.
Would recommend to others.
“ Top Tip: In Polis car park is a bar called Mario's - he has made a lot of the furniture himself and it has real charm.

“ The Akamanthea is a little piece of heaven in a lovely country and everyone should be able to experience it for themselves.A wonderful place to totally relax and let the strains of life slip away.The entire complex is beautifully designed and maintained.A pieceful atmosphere envelops the entire area and the staff help to maintain it.Sadly,but hardly surprising, is that it can cost a lot of money to stay for a week or longer,but i have to say that if you can afford it then do yourself a favour and go there.Lets face it,you deserve it!
“ Top Tip: Latchi has a magnificent harbour that is surrounded by several restaurants which specialize in fresh fish menues not to be missed.It is a truely beautiful setting.Polis is a typical cypriot town well worth a visit with meandering streets full of gift shops and restaurant bars.Take a ride out to Neo Chorio up in the hills to experience the real feel of a small cypriot village.A wonderfully tranquil place to explore.

The food in this hoilday village was very poor , no choice at all for children , very limited for adults and very much bottom end quality .
On the positive side , the actual village is nice smart apartments , pool is very good ,setting is semi rural and very relaxing , you do need a car to get the best from this area

Molos Resaurant on Latchi Harbour , the best in the area
Drive from Polis to Pomos, about 30 mins along the bay , lovely settings all the way , beats the M6 any day

“ Great location , nice pool and grounds, good staff, nice accomodation. We had a fantastic sea view but I think we were extra lucky because we got one of the better located apartment blocks. If you are walking back from the road below it is uphill i've put that it's suitable for older people but do be aware you will have a hill or steps to climb unless your in the very first row of accomodation.

The Stephanos Hotel Apartments is a small, family run complex located in the centre of Polis Chrysochous, 1 km away from the beach as well as from Chrysochous Bay, in what is the most attractive spot on the island with its natural beaches, the unspoilt beauty of Akamas peninsula, and the Baths of Aphrodite. This hotel is an affordable base from which to discover all this area has to offer and provides feature 36 simply appointed studios and apartments with all the amenities needed to have a delightful holiday. Paphos International Airport is 45 km from the hotel. Local Tips: Paphos is the home of marvellous world class treasures including the Land of the Kings, the House of Theseus & Dionysos and Saint Paul's Pillar.
“ The best accommodation we've had in Cyprus. We were the last guests before they shut down for the winter yet the owners and staff did everything we required of them. You couldn't find a better location - it's own car park and three minutes walk into the thriving little centre of Polis.

Ideally situated in a peaceful and relaxing place in town overlooking a beautiful green valley with unobstructed views. Exceptionally green surroundings, very close to shops facilities and service. Walking distance to the sandy beaches about 700 metres. All of the rooms have been brightly decorated with warm, natural colours providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. “ The room was in need of a bit of modernisation. Kept very clean and very good house keeping service. Standard restaurant with very basic cold meat breakfast buffet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was kept clean, nice and quiet to relax by.
