“ we found the hotel had really gone downhill we stayed there 2 years ago and it was fantastic and decided to go back for another break but found the room and food disgusting you have to queue for half an hour to get a drink and only 1 bar was open on the complex the food was terrible and staff not very helpful we will not be returning to this hotel and advise other people to stay clear it wasnt a cheap week away and feel we waisted our money we are not people that complain but feel we should let others know

We loved this hotel great sea view room. really comfortable beds, terrific food. The reception staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff were all fabulous nothing was to much trouble.
Disappointed you can only book all inclusive not half board for next year.
“ Top Tip: The Blue Spice Restaurant serves delicious Carribbean Coffee - something different to round off another wonderful day.

Need to review star rating or refurb premises. Many parts not improved for 12 years.eg some parts have air conditioning others do not.
Staff service variable, Reception staff appear uninterested & appear to lack hospitality awareness from initial greeting to farewell.
Food presentation sloppy. Meals prepare to keep returning to buffet for every little thing. No trays or labeling of food. Tables cleared whilst you return to buffet-no apologies the same when waiter spills beer over you. Managers present just ignore.
Requests for 2 early morning calls ignored as well as packed lunches requests, caused confusion with no apologies. Had to request soap, shampoo, tea coffee throughout week.
Hotel is hard work for simple items that are standard elsewhere.

“ The hotel was really nice. The quality of the food was amazing. Good location near shops restaurants. Very close to the beaches where we could walk for miles. Very safe place with lovely swimming pool. The hotel staff especially the waitresses was very good. Best holiday with our kids.

Situated in the heart of Protaras, surrounded by restaurants, pubs, discos and shops. Only 150 metres from the finest beaches of the resort. All studios and apartments feature air conditioning, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, TV, bath or shower, balcony or veranda, and kitchenette with oven, kettle, toaster, and mini fridge. Aparthotel facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool and children’s area, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, steam bath, sauna, massage, restaurant, outdoor cocktail bar, TV lounge, games area and children’s playground.
“ having just got back after 10days of a great holiday in a good hotel,friendly staff and good food something different every day and snacks throughout the day ,a five minute walk down to fig tree bay clear blue water and was warmer than the hotel swimming pool.

This low-rise village style complex is centrally located in the Pernera area between Paralimni and Protaras with sandy beaches within a 5 minute walk. A good selection of bars and restaurants can also be found nearby. Facilities include a restaurant, cocktail bar/snack bar, a pool-side bar, a freshwater swimming pool, playground, gym, sauna, volleyball and table tennis. In peak season there is entertainment such as live music and water-polo. All of the comfortable studios and apartments feature direct dial telephone, balcony or terrace and air conditioning/heating (payable locally).

The Tsokkos Beach Hotel offers warm and friendly atmosphere. Set in an excellent location, in a central part of Protaras. The Sandy beach is only a couple of minutes away from the resort where many shops, restaurants and bars are situated. The hotel has 122 rooms, which are spread over 4 floors. Reception 24 Hrs, foreign exchange currency, 2 elevators and conference room.
“ Stayed at Tsokkos beach with my 21 yr old daughter for 10 days. Stayed in room 131...in full working order! Only negative is..i would say the building itself is a 3* and is in need of a little renovation.

“ The hotel is really just a 3 star with no welcome, no proper cleaning of pool or rooms. Food is very ordinary and warm not hot. The staff have the attitude of what are you going to do about it, you were stupid enough to come here now suck on it.
