“ Great service, Jana was a delight. Great location. 'Cheap and cheerful' - but the shower was good, the beds were good, it was clean and tidy.

“ Top Tip: Don't worry about location too much, Prague is small - you can walk edge-to-edge in an hour.

“ The Akcent is a first class hotel, very good for a three star. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and a great breakfast.

“ Overall quite good.
However, after hours service is almost non-existent, with only one lone staff manning the entire hotel at night. As a result, we had to go without heating the first night as no one could help us with that.
Breakfast is decent, but the variety was gradually reduced day by day.

“ We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were really warm as the weather was really cold. The reception staff were very helpful. The only critisism was there was no lounge or bar to sit in after a long day site seeing and the restaurant was more like eating in a canteen, but overall as the price is so reasonable it was good.

“ Top Tip: Brilliant restaurant up the road called Grotta which when we first saw it were put off but I think that was the name, had 2 meals there and they were lovely.
