The Corinthia hotel is very well maintained and have very friendly staff who can't not do enough to help you. The room, facilities and restaurants are all excellent. The hotel isn't in the city centre but is only two short stops in the metro, which takes less than 10mins. Day tickets for the Prague public transport cost around £4, which can be used as much as you like on the metro, trams and buses - excellent value. The one down side is that the hotel is the other side of the city from the airport, which makes it expensive to get a taxi and a long trip via the metro and bus if you wish to save some money. However the hotel will provide a taxi for about 10% less then the going rate.
This is the second time i have stayed here and i would certainly recommend it to anyone who is going to Prague!
“ Top Tip: The Marina restaurant is a boat just up from Charles Bridge, which serves excellent food and have great views of the river, castle and Petrin Hill. It isn't expensive and is a lovely setting with good service.

Very dissapointing. First impression was it looked lovely, but then got taken to room, business suit which was very small and the bathroom was tiny!! Considering I requested a nice view over the town as it was our anniversary we were given a view facing the opposit side, when I rang reception, basiclly I was told tough we didn't get that request from agents, but when I advised I requested it several months prior I was told we could move in two nights to a twin - were were there for our anniverary for three nights!!?? and offered single beds!!
The housekeeping left alot to be desired, although it was clean there seemed to be no care, one bathrobe was taken with the dirty towels but not replaced, the bed was made but that was it.
Many of the staff were rude.
The only good thing was that the metro is really closeby.

“ Great Hotel and only 50 Metres from the Metro, just 2 stops and in the Centre of Prague, about 5 minutes in journey time. Expensive to eat and drink in the Hotel. Be aware that the Internet includes 3 items to use on WiFi for the price. Also if you use the pool between midday and 1pm (Happy Hour) you can use the pool for the rest of the day at no cost. It is a good idea to buy items of food and drink for the room as not much of a room service late at night and not much around the Hotel.
