Well kept hotel in a great location in Nové Mesto, about 5 min walking distance from Václav Square and Prague’s National museum.
It’s a middleclass hotel located in Nové Mesto (new town), within walking distance from the Old Town and the popular Václav Square.
The hotel has a restaurant and bar. The hotel guests can use the Spa area with indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym (fee about 8 EUR) at the Novotels next door. There is a large garage for car parking, free Internet corner in the reception and a small conference room.
All the rooms have a shower, wc and hairdryer, telephone, cable-TV and air-conditioning. There is the possibility of Internet connection (small fee). Safes are in the reception.

Excellent value for money,we asked for a quiet room which the young man on reception went out of his way to find for us. All staff very cheerful and helpful.Breakfast fine, comfortable beds all hotel very clean. Handy for trams and metro.
Not actually on Wenceslas Square but this a plus as no traffic noise and convenient for pick up and drop off for taxi from airport.
If this is a typical Ibis hotel we will certainly use them again
“
Top Tip:
Tram 22 stop 250 metres up the road . This takes you on the most scenic route including Castle and Cathedral and Lesser town (pubs with their own brewery you must try the dark beer)
Buy a day ticket very cheap and you can see all of Prague)
We had a long weekend stay and enjoyed it very much.

“ The hotel is very good for a 3 star. Rooms aren't the biggest, however big enough with a nice shower. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, in fact the best I've had. The hotel seemed very hot and we had to change room several times, on the other hand the staff were very helpful and me and my girlfriend ended up in a perfect temperature room on the first floor as opposed to the fourth floor. The Ibis Hotel can use next doors Novotel's swimming and spa facilities for a small fee of 200 Kc ( £7 ) for unlimited 2 day or 300 Kc (£10) 3 day pass. Hotel is close enough to main city centre, circa 10 min walk which is good if you prefer a little stroll. I recommend eating out and not at the hotel as the prices are high. There is a nice little place called Matylda Restaurant a few mins from the hotel. I had a lovely time in Prague and the hotel was decent and very good value for money, I'd stay here again.

“ Good hotel located within walking distance of the main attractions in the Old and New Town areas (Stare & Nove Mesto), and metro and tram stops are located less than 1 minute from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with a typical European flavour to it. The rooms were a bit hot so we had to leave the window open at night but otherwise I would highly recommend the hotel.
“
Top Tip:
Go to Pivovarsky Dum for traditional food and a great selection of beer! Fairly cheap (main meals £5-8, beer £1-2) and less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel located at the corner of Jecna/Lipova. Be warned it is popular at night and you may have to queue for 10-15 mins. There are also some good restaurants and fruit/bakery shops located around the square at Karlovo Namesti, 5 mins west of the hotel.
Buy ice hockey tickets at Hotel Rokoko on Wenceslas Square or at the stadium, tickets range from (£4-12). A great night out!
