“ The location of this hotel is superb, the staff are friendly and very helpful, it's kept very clean and the food is good too. We had a really enjoyable stay. The only down side was that the main restaurant at breakfast during the weekend was extremely busy so the upstairs restaurant had to be utilised and the service here was slow and the food not quite the same as in the main breakfast room. That was just a small thing though and our stay was extremely pleasant throughout.

I spent three nights at this hotel and in general, my stay in this hotel was ok. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet very good.
Unfortunately, the person responsible from the breakfast buffet made me feel really uncomfortable since the first moment I was there, and I was thinking to have my breakfast outside of the hotel.
He sent me the first morning to have my breakfast upstairs at the restaurant, completely alone, because he said that, there was not table available for only one person. But there was room for all the guests that came after me. A similar situation happened again my last morning , when he came directly to request the number of my room in a rude way.
I love the city, Prague is a beautiful place to visit and I am sure I will back very soon, but unfortunately not to this hotel.
“ Top Tip: There is a small nice restaurant outside of the hotel, on the right side. the food is great. A must visit.

if they would only invest in a larger stock of pillows the rating would have been excellent.
asked reception for extra but non available, they did however say that we were the fourth couple to ask that day, which says it all,,!
“ Top Tip: theres a restaurant practically next door to the hotel, come out of entrance and turn right,, gorgeous czech food, very cosy, warm etc. popular with locals in fact worth popping in earlier to reserve a table.
