“ Don't look any where else if you want to be well looked after. Location wise is fantastic as it's right on the river overlooking Charles bridge and very close to all the tourist sites to explore. The service here is truly well beyond 5stars

Top Tip:
Because we were on a budget of sorts we didn't have the hotel's breakfast which we're sure would be excellent. We found an Iran bar called o'shea's which is quite literately behiind the hotel where the service was really friendly and they did a smashing full English with British bacon no less.
Do when you arrive at the airport go to the taxi booths located inside the terminal and ask them to quote you to your destination it can save you quite a bit and they give you a special discount card of 47% per km on the way back if you use them coming home.

The hotel was brilliant and literally could not do enough to help us with where to go, what to see etc. They also provide maps when you arrive and circle all the places in the area which is a great help. We were picked up from the airport by the hotel driver - I cant recommend this enough, although slightly more expensive than a taxi it was well worth it for the ease (and luxury!)
Our room was brilliant, really comfy bed and massive bathroom which were all very nice and extremely clean. The TV channels weren't the greatest but if you are only staying for two nights its unlikely that this will affect you much!

Top Tip:
Head over to the Jewish quarter (about a 5 minute walk north of the old town) for some of the best bars and restaurants - we only found this on the last day which was disappointing but it looked like it would be really lively and had some restaurants there with great reviews. There is a great cafe to get breakfast there called The Bakeshop - brilliant selection and all freshly baked pastries. We bought lunch to take out on the last day.
Over by the Castle the eating establishments tend to be a bit hit and miss - I would definately recommend over in the Old Town for food, which is around a 10-15 minute walk.

“ The Pachtuv Palace Hotel exceeded all expectations. We were greeted at reception with a glass of Champagne to help begin our 40th wedding anniversary stay. The hotel then upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The situation of the hotel is central to all attractions, most of which are within walking distance.

When arriving at the hotel we were informed we'd been upgraded to a suite! The room was spectacular, very clean, quiet and had everything you could have required.
The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel is in an excellent spot right by the river.
