“ Great hotel in Prague, little bit far out but if you like walking it is fine 15min to old town square about 45mins to hour to the castle (if u don't get distracted by the amazing artwork that is on every building in this city) or The metro is a 30second walk but we did not need to use it while we were there as we walked everywhere.8.3 Great

Housed in a 19th-century building typical of Prague, the Raffaello's interior features crystal chandeliers, marble floors and a break new lounge corner at the recetption area.
The trendy and green quarter of Vinohrady is just few minutes walking away from the Hotel Raffaello. Old Town Square as well as Charles Square are within easy walking distance but also perfectly connected with all means of transportation.

The hotel itself was in a good location with easy access to the trains and trams. That's the only good thing I can thing of.
I would not rate the facilities at hotel at all, the beds were very uncomfortable, rooms where dirty, the breakfast service and choices was very shocking and I would not even feed what was on offer to an animal. terrible.
Our room was allocated right next to reception and was totally un-acceptable as too noisy, cleaners waking us up at 6am hovering, reception staff being very loud with no consideration for guests in nearby rooms. The bathroom was way to small and struggled to close the door without getting it stuck on the bathroom sink. No choice of any other room as was told the hotel was fully book. Staff unhelpful and rude. Request a non smoking room but was giving a room that smelt very smoky indeed.
Would not recommend this hotel !!

“ Great hotel in Prague, little bit far out but if you like walking it is fine 15min to old town square about 45mins to hour to the castle (if u don't get distracted by the amazing artwork that is on every building in this city) or The metro is a 30second walk but we did not need to use it while we were there as we walked everywhere. Hotel was clean and the rooms were big and spacious. Bathroom was clean and modern down side is the shower is a European hand held one, has a hairdryer. Breakfast is a standard European one served 7-10. Unfortunately there are no tea/coffee facilities but there is a fridge in the room. Room also has a free safe in the room. No air con in the room beware it can get a little bit warm, and the street outside is noisy when the windows are open. we were only in the hotel to sleep the rest of the time exploring the city so only spoke to them on check in and out, but seemed friendly enough.
“ Top Tip: Walk to into town there are so many side street and corners in the beautiful city you would miss so much using public transport! To many restaurants to choose from!

This hotel was close to all bars, restaurants, shops, trams, and metro. Room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very good and staff always replenishing supplies.
Decor could do with a little updating but overall we had a lovely stay at the Rafaello Hotel.
“ Top Tip: So close to all amenities and we found lots of lovely bars and restaurants too numerous to mention all.
