Just got back after a four night stay in this hotel. It is situated 15/20 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge or 5 minutes by nearby tram. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Service at the hotel is definitely 5 star. On arrival you are given a complimentary glass of wine/beer and a full briefing on where to go, how to get there and what to see. There recommendations regarding restaurants were very helpful and included the restaurant of the Starpramen brewery the Potrefena Husa which is 5 minutes walk away which I can recommend for the food and atmosphere. The staff couldn't do enough throughout the stay including reconfirming our return taxi to the airport and storing our cases after checking out at no charge.
The bedrooms are well appointed and spotless. Beds are large and very comfortable. The shower/bath very good. Breakfast is generous with a good choice. There is also a bar in the basement if required.
Overall, an excellent hotel. I would go back and highly recommend it.

“ The hotel was absolutely brilliant. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was maginficent. It was a bit of a walk to get to the main tourist area but the walk itself is very pleasant and we didn't mind doing it one bit.
“ Top Tip: We took the zoo boat to visit Prague zoo and this was really pleasant. The zoo itself was amazing. The Easter markets made the visit extra special. Prague is a really beautiful and interesting place - we loved all of it!
