“ There was only one vegetarian choice in the main meals in the restaurant - a little boring if staying more than one night. Similarly, there was no vegetarian version of the Brantwood Grill. There are very good veggie sausages out there and mushrooms could be used as another option. For meat eaters main meals and breakfasts were excellent.

“ I received the warmest and most friendly welcome which set the standard. A beautiful pub in a stunning setting, run by such great people. The room was a tad small, however, in relation to the price paid it was excellent value. I had a great evening meal and the breakfast was perfect. They do pride themselves on their food and the sweets are to die for.
