The White Horse Inn

Over Worton

 3 Star Guest House

Customer rating from 1 reviews: 2.5 Poor

The White Horse Inn is a charming 17th century coaching inn set in the delightful village of Duns Tew on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds. With the low beams and original flagstone floors combined with the open fire and relaxed atmosphere makes this a special place to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The White Horse prides its self on it's selection of fine wines and traditional ales and you will find it to be the perfect place to relax in one of the many large leather sofas and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Alternatively why not take a seat at the large bar where you will be more than welcome to join in on a conversation or two.

The Inn itself was lovely. We arrived on a wonderful sunny day and enjoyed the outside area with our drinks. However, everything went down hill from there. Some of the beers were not available, one of them would be ready in several hours! The bedroom was OK but very tired, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired.
