On the positive side, this hotel is just round the corner from the station, and staff are friendly. The rest is negative.
First room we were allocated was tiny, with stained carpet. The bathroom was also tiny, mildewed and smelly, though clean enough. If we hadn´t already paid, we would have left.
However, we asked for another room, and this one was larger and brighter, but still fairly basic. This one also had stained carpet.
The continental breakfast was fine, but disposable plastic dishes and cutlery? very odd!
The overall impression was that the hotel was old and very tired, and certainly not worthy of the 3 stars it has been allocated. We felt it was more like a youth hostel than a hotel.

“ Astoria was fine for our particular needs - reasonable price, central. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Bit noisy the first night (outside) but we slept well after that.
“ Top Tip: We enjoyed Beijing buffet for a cheap meal just up Stroget and Tivoli Gardens was just next door - a good night out.
