“ The hotel was excellently placed for visiting the parks. Smart decor only comment would be that tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would have been good. Lovely outdoor pool with plenty of sunbeds.

“ Limited access to wifi an issue - needed to pay for this and even then only available in central reception area. Needed greater availability to single beds in family rooms - our room was very comfortable but kids had to share a double bed. Out with these two issues we were very satisfied with the hotel and indeed would return. Friendly staff - good atmosphere - very clean.

“ Hotel standard is very high. Breakfast is very good and well organised for being so busy. Hotel is very expensive but does ooze quality so you do feel you get what you pay for. Being on the park doorstep is worth the extra cost.

“ The hotel is very nice and the staff were helpful with check in and with dealing with our bags on checkout. The room we had was comfortable and was plenty big enough. The décor was starting to look a little dated but that didn't really detract from our enjoyment too much.

“ Very close to the park, basic rooms but as your not there to see the rooms and are hardly ever in it, they are great.

“ A truly lovely location of the town of Serris, surrounded by greenery and relaxation. A stone's throw from the hotel there is a beautiful mall, chock full of shops and within the same village and the outlet of the valley (I'm exaggerating 300 meters from the residence). Auto translated
