This 3-storey hotel comprises a total of 378 rooms and, together with its sister hotel, forms part of a larger holiday complex in which guests are offered every imaginable amenity including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, boutiques, a souvenir shop, a hairdresser's salon, several bars, a nightclub, several air-conditioned restaurants (buffet restaurant, Italian and Mexican specialities), as well as a grill restaurant offering fish specialities, both of which offer highchairs for infants. There are room and laundry services and, for younger guests, a kids' club and a playground where they may let off steam. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park and garage facilities.This hotel lies in an idyllic bay just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sosua where guests will discover a diverse selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Transfer to Puerto Plata international airport takes about 20 minutes.The welcoming, air-conditioned rooms each come with a bathroom with shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a double bed, a balcony or terrace and a hire safe as standard.In the outdoor complex is a pool complex featuring 3 pools, a children's pool, a Jacuzzi, a poolside snack bar, a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols (additional fees apply). A massage service is on offer (for an additional fee) and sports options include a taster diving course, which is held in the pool, wind surfing, sailing, tennis (3 courts with floodlighting available on payment of an additional fee), table tennis, aerobics, road or mountain biking, billiards, darts and bocce. The entertainment programme provides amusement throughout the day as well as in the evenings with sports competitions, pool games and shows.From Gregorio Luperen international airport: take a left into Sosea street and follow the signs for the hotel. Then take a left into El Batey. The hotel is located on the left-hand side.Check-in is from 3 pm; check-out is by 1 pm. A credit card is required on arrival.

“ This was my fourth visit to the hotel in a year and it was wonderful. The staff really know how to look after their guests and I felt very safe there. It is very clean and the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. I will be going back for sure!

Well, my second time at this hotel this year and I'm already saving to go back. It is an amazing place and the grounds are immaculate, rooms good and food nice. The best thing about it, though, has to be the staff. Bar staff very sweet and one lady whose name escapes me was really helpful, bringing drinks out to the table. They are incredibly friendly at both the beach bars and made me feel really welcome. Special mention has to go to the animation team though - they have the addition since I was there in April of Salami, and what a welcome addition! Lively, enthusiastic and gorgeous. Mario Mambo and one of the young girls are wonderful too. Can't fault them for making my holiday even more spectacular than before.
Sosua itself is much safer than people think; there is always an armed guard at the cash point to make sure pickpockets have no chance of getting to you. There are a few really good bars in the town and I felt perfectly safe there each time I went out. I fully recommend this hotel and resort. Anyone who doesn't have a good time must be incredibly hard to please. Cannot wait to go back!

“ I previously stayed at the hotel in April 07, and I was pleasantly surprised of the improvements which has been carried out, the decor is very modern and up-to-date, the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again.
“ Top Tip: I went outside the hotel occassionally for a stroll, wasn't looking for anything special. The hotel caters for all my needs at a reasonable price.

“ The hotel was ok . The food was not nice most night it was fish and it was very salty, only steamed nothing new. the staff were very unfriendly most of the time we had to sit at a table that was already used and take cutlery from the side. Overall the service and staff wasnot to my expectation!!!

Top Tip:
Sousa beach is walking distance away this was really nice, you can buy really good food at the beach BETTER THAN THE HOTEL.
