Just as described, it was well maintained with excellent facilities and attention to detail. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, especially with our 9 and 6 year old boys. Would definately recommend.

Top Tip: Be respectful and friendly to the staff, they will respond with big smiles and warm hearts.

The staff in the hotel were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. We also found the hotel was very clean and well kept. The food was plentiful and delicious.

Top Tip: The hotel was based on the beach which offered plenty to do and see. Good tip is definately have pina colada or two!!

Great

Check-in date:

The hotel itself is excellent, looks very smart and has a lot of facilities. It is a very large complex but doesn't feel it and also the beaches/pools are never crowded which is nice. The evening entertainment held in the theatre is also very good. On the downside the food was terrible - everything is a buffet even in the restaurants you have to book. On more than one occasion chicken that was cooked in front of you turned out to be pink inside! The only decent one was the Japanese. Also we found that if the drink had coke or lemonade in it then it tasted like there was washing up liquid in it - apart from in the main hotel bar. It really is a shame because if they addressed these issues then this would be a fantastic hotel!

Top Tip: Make sure you book the Japanese restaurant - it is fantastic and the chefs go to great lengths to make sure you enjoy yourselves!!!
