“ the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, especially the coffee filter machines. huge beds, lots of space and very nice pool. it was noisy on the car park side (where we'd asked not to be) with car alarms and busy main roads. staff were the least helpful of anyone we met in the DR - they weren't bad apart from when they took over an hour to check us in with no apology or information - but just not as friendly as elsewhere. it is a long way out from town - we like walking and managed in and out twice a day but it's tough walking missing the open manholes and other holes in the roads and a while before the first bar - but taxis are cheap and frequent. we were aware of the distance so overall we got what we wanted - a reasonably priced hotel with a nice pool for the city part of the holiday and all in all was a good choice
“ Top Tip: it's not close to anywhere apart from the caribe tours bus station and the bus stop for Punta Cana and Bavaro - but so close that taxis weren't that keen on taking us. hotel breakfast good but if you can make it down to D'Lui on the Malecon it's worth the trip
