The hotel was in the middle of renovating some of the rooms and we opted to upgrade to an executive room which was further away from the renovations.The hotel itself was outstanding, the staff were generally friendly and helpfull particularly the bell captain. You really need to let them know what you want to see in the region and they can organise a car to ferry you around the place ,but they dont exactly advertise the service.
Have to say seriously disappointed in the food in the hotel. We ordered a basic carbonara from the Italian restaurant through room service and it was absolutely dreadfull and not authentic at all. For the next two days we ate out in Pizza hut and Kentucky Chicken.

Top Tip:
The beach is about 15-20 mins away by car,and there is a very nice promenade to go walking with plenty of shops in the area if thats what your into.
The train station is a nightmare to get in and out of,give yourself plenty of time.
The actual hotel is located in or next to a shopping area which is handy after a day of sightseeing.

“ After waiting 5 hours at the hilton which was overbooked, they transferred us at our cost (after saying they would pay the transfer fees) to the Sherraton, on arrival it appeared to be ok, but after getting ready to go out we realised we were now in the middle of nowhere. The room was very shabby and the sheets had holes in them as they were so obviously very old, this did not make for a good nights slepp. The room was dirty. The hotel being so far out of the tourist area also meant that we ate and drank there as there were no bars at all in the vicinity, we were made to pay 35Le which is over £4 for 110ml of heineken beer. All in all the whole trip was a complete disaster.

“ I liked the breakfast buffet, the staff were friendly and everything was good. the swimming pool was great because there is children swimming pool but the water was cold. I would definitely go back it was great.
