All open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Il Proverbio is open daily, with Jetta Grotto and Capri open seasonaly. "PONTE VECCHIO" Il Ponte Vecchio a-la-carte restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine served with style in an intimate atmosphere, tucked around the corner from the pool waterfall. Open for dinner only. "BEACH RESTAURANT" Fresh fish is expertly grilled over charcoal in this casual indoor/outdoor venue, along with Lebanese specialities and pizza baked in the wood-burning oven. Open for dinner Thursday, lunch and dinner Friday, lunch Saturday, subject to change according to season. "IL GABBIANO" Adjacent to the pool and overlooking the beach, Il Gabbiano offers a comprehensive menu of light fare alongside chilled wine, beers and soft drinks. Open morning until sunset, food served from noon. "CAFE TORINO" The lobby café bar serves cocktails, specialty coffees and home-baked pastries in cool, comfortable surroundings. Evenings often feature live piano or saxophone sessions from top Egyptian artists. Open 9:00am until 11:00pm.
