“ This is now the fourth time I have stayed in this hotel.. The only thing that would be nice is if the swimming pool was in good order... The rooms are very nice and the food is basic but the room service is excellent value for money... will stay here again!!!
“ Top Tip: PYRAMIDS.... what a view from the rooms.... you can see them so clearly and only a few mins away....

“ The person at the reception was not professional. He kept on insisting me that I need to pay cash for the booking .Although I tried to explain to him that all the money has been payed,he was not interested in looking at the booking vouchers/papers. Luckily my son saw our name on one of the papers on the desk and so were allowed to got to our rooms. Not a good experience after a long flight.Apart from this the rooms were fine and the breakfast was also good.

found the staff awkward.. they demanded a printed out copy of the voucher, which i didnt have as I booked it using my phone a couple of days before, even though we had ID and passport. They had the booking in there hand and could see that it was us... but still made a fuss.
The swimming pool was not usable - it was too dirty.
The food was good when we had room service.
The room was ok, but all the carpets really dirty and stained.
And on checking out they charged us a extra amount but could not explain why.....

“ Well positives the staff could not do enough we were waited on hand and foot when we were in the hotel.The room was tired to say the least beds clean and comfortable the door at the window falling apart but not an issue as we were on the 10th floor the information on your web site is entirley misleading there are no balconys faceing the pyramids but the veiw of the pyramids is very impressive,there is no mini bar in fact there is no bar of any discription as this is an Islamic hotel and does not sell alcohol at all so if like us you like a drink befor and a brandy after dinner forget it ,there was no car park either.In fairness the hotel was very cheap but the next time i will pay extra and expect the information to be correct .Once again the staff were very good and perhaps there are better rooms and bathrooms (as that was allso in need of TLC) in the hotel .visitors to Eygpt are few at the moment and this must be affecting maintinace so dont be put off you get what you pay for.
“ Top Tip: top tip if you like a drink take it with you as there are no bars only other hotels and you need to be fit to walk to them as they are not close.
