The architecture of the resort reflects a unique Caribbean ambience, featuring 520 rooms and suites. The hotel offers a range of facilities including an entrance hall, a bar, an auditorium and 4 restaurants. There is also a kids' club to keep younger guests entertained.The hotel is situated on 140,000 square metres of sandy beach, looking out over the magnificent crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea. It is located 40 km from South Hurghada International Airport.The guest rooms are all elegantly furnished with marble and tiled flooring.
Each comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable television, a double or king-size bed, air conditioning and a safe. A balcony or terrace also comes as standard.The range of leisure facilities available includes an aqua park (with 3 slides, a heated swimming pool and a children's paddling section), a poolside snack bar, a diving centre, a sauna, massage, one flood-lit tennis court and facilities for table tennis, billiards and dart.

“ Friendly and helpful staff, high standard of cleanliness, lovely gardens well maintained, sandy beach location, water sport options available although do get pestered by staff selling trips but there are areas on beach and by pool where they are not allowed to encroach. Mainly Germans and Russians which I had read in other reviews before we went. Food was good with variety and choice we found it better to eat late after 8pm as it was quieter. Had a lovely relaxing holiday, would recommend.
“ Top Tip: Had a day trip to Luxor and visited temple, valley of the kings and temple of the queen also option for boat trip on Nile, definately worth doing although it is a long day.

“ just got back and very disappointed due to the fact that I booked this hotel because of the other restaurants it had to offer,al a carte,grill restaurant.We arrived Friday and went to the main dinning room,food was cold had to use the microwave.Next day I asked at customer service if I could book the La Palma restaurant told Tuesday.We had a printed page which stated book one day in advance.We tried to book the Grill restaurant on Tuesday for next day and was told Saturday.We got talking to a couple who had gone to customer service on Thursday and had got a booking for that evening.On the evening before we departed the microwave had broken and had not been replaced.Setting is lovely and the rooms and gardens are spotless.Barboys worked very hard and also the one,s in the main dinning room.Cannot comment on other as didn,t get a booking.

“ This was our 2nd family holiday in Egypt, the rooms were excellent the deluxe family room offered loads of space and lots of storage. all in all a great holiday and great hotel. however, couple of negatives were the food - had better in Egypt, we paid more this year than last and don't think we got value for money. also the constant interuptions while sunbathing around the pool or on the beach from local reps trying to sell you trips or massage was a real problem. we expected it first couple of days as we were new and white! however, there was no let up all thru the 14 day holiday - the hotel should do something to prevent this! you go to relax and chill out and the constant bombarding of high pressure sales really put me off!
“ Top Tip: the trips we did purchase from paradise tours for snorkelling and fishing were excellent. they left from the hotel beach so no lengthy xfers on a coach etc. the trips included food and was freshly prepared.

“ This was a fabulous resort with superb staff, the accommodation is first class and the buffet meals were good and the food in the al a carte restaurents was first class and the special moonlight supper [ at additional cost] may seem expensive, but the special food and entertainment was well worth the additional expenditure.
“ Top Tip: As this is an all inclusive resort the nearest outside restaurants are in Hurghada a long drive away and none we tried were as good as at the resort.
