“ Delivers what is required. Friendly staff, good food (sometimes had to que), clean wigth a great pool and on the beach with a dive centre.
“ Top Tip: Worth speaking to holiday rep about trips/diving etc as we found it cheaper than gthe local/onsite people and you get the UK support such as Thomas Cook.

“ The Hilton Hurghada is never a 5* hotel. From day one we had problems with our room. There was 3 of us in our party, but the room was only set up for 2. We had to requst Towels & bedding for our daughter & on most days we had to chase for extra towels as they only left enough for 2. The bathroom sink plug was broken on arrival & it took 5 days for them to fix it of a sort. Had to chase for our daily water which should have been delivered to our room each day. Would recommend this hotel to any english family & it is definately not up to the Hilton Brand.

The hotel is a typical Hilton and while the rooms are large the bathrooms need updating. All the food we ate was good quality and well presented. As usual this hotel featured an 'All Inclusive' format and this means people tend not to stray to far from the hotel which is just as well as there are not a lot of restuarants nearby. Bedding and towels changed every day and beach towels were readily available as were the sun loungers. The beach gets a bit crowded and noisy so we stayed around the pool.
All said we had no real complaints and enjoyed our stay. Beware though if you are B&B like we were the price of drinks is high - typically 33LE for a beer which costs 10LE around town.
“ Top Tip: There is a small bar just outside the Hotel and it is peacefull and clean.
