“ Amazing hotel and staff which is constantly being improved. Food better than ever with a newly renovated beach snack bar this year. A new atrium is currently being finished which will serve sandwiches and snacks and due to open in the next few weeks. This also hosts the evening animation shows and is non smoking. My only negative is the rooms. If you book a promo room, prepare to not be able to move in it but you can upgrade on arrival for €5 a night, well worth it! There are very few english here & after catering predominantly to the german market for years, its now over 50% russian.

“ Top Tip: Columbus cafe is a great place to sit and watch the sun go down!

“ We thought the hotel was extremely good with all staff being efficient, pleasant and helpful. The only exception being the person who ran the bank at the front reception desk who we found to be unpleasant, unhelpful and extremely arrogant. We are pleased to say that this was an exception and the only downside of a very enjoyable holiday.
