“ The hotel is very clean and the staff extremely friendly. We were the only 2 English people there, the majority are Russian but it meant we got special treatment!
“ Top Tip: If you get bored of the Continental restaurant, go to the Italian; you'll get 50% off and it is much quieter with a lovely ambience, it's nice for a change and very cheap!

This is really a 3 star hotel and out of the 500 or so people there I think we where the only ones not from eastern europe.
The room was fine, the beach was also ok the food is safe to eat but not great.

The hotel rooms are really well presented and the whole of the hotel is exceptionally clean. It was about 80% Russians while we were there, although apparently over Christmas more Scandinavians visit.
We found our visit relaxing and relatively peaceful - we weren't really hassled to buy tours and massages, and our experience with the Dive Centre was good - they are very safety-conscious and we felt totally comfortable with them.
We also found it helpful to be non-Russian and friendly as the staff appreciated that and you did get some benefits, although sometimes it was a bit tiring as you just wanted to be left alone!
Overall our experience was really positive. As with any all-inclusive programme you wouldn't want to stay too long as the food does become monotonous, and we sometimes found the attitude towards ordering drinks and dining at the other restaurants on free vouchers a bit 'school camp-like'. 5 nights was perfect for us.
“ Top Tip: The local buses are the best way to get into town - flag one down from the front of the hotel and for about 1 Egyptian pound and they'll drop you wherever you want. The internet at the hotel is exceptionally expensive.

“ Best thing about this Hotel was that for the second visit running we were the only British people there, which means you are spoilt rotten by the Egyptians as they love the British. Rooms good - clean and adequately furnished. Facilities excellent We are going back for a third visit!
“ Top Tip: If you want to dive either as a seasoned diver like us or first time Deep Divers attached to this hotel are absolutely fantastic really look after you!
