This hotel does not warrant 5stars, it is still undergoing a refurbisment and is a long way off
Outside is much nicer than the interior
Restaurant caters more for the Russian guests, there is always something you can find to eat but nothing really that would wow you
Reception staff were really rude and not very helpfull.
Bedroom was always cleaned and was well presented, complimentry tea and coffee were also an added bonus in the room and bottled water every day.

“ Having stayed at this Hotel three times before we were pleased to see it being updated to good effect and can only be an improvement on completion. Do not be put off by the negative comments made by some, you have to form your own opinion and not rely on what others think!
“ Top Tip: There is quite a bit of friendly banter with the local traders but nowhere near the amount of hassle you get in some places!

Hotel is for adults only and was so very peaceful without children! The hotel is being refurbished at the moment and Im sure in a few months it will be amazing. The food is excellent and offers a huge selection including lots of vegetarian options. Staff are so friendly and vigilant.
Pool was lovely especially as there are no children to dive bomb you, the hotel sits on the manmade beach and there are steps going into water.
You can walk into Hurghada, but at night not very pleasant as you will be stopped by the locals to buy cigs etc and some were quite rude if you said "no"!!

“ Wonderful hotel, although our allocated room was not up to standard but following complaint at receptionj we were allocated a superior room which was excellent. Food was delicvious with plenty of varierty for all both at lunch and dinner. Bathing areas ideal with wind breakers available for protection from the constant wind which was welcoming at times when sun at its hotest.Animation team excellent with their entertainment programme all work very hard to ensure that all clients enjoyed themselves. Hotel staff very polite and helpful.
