Hotel:
The fully air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 361 rooms spread over 3 floors. There is also a spacious lobby, a bar, a hotel safe (use free of charge), various shops, an à la carte restaurant and a main restaurant. Room service (around the clock) and medical assistance round up the facilities on offer. A babysitting service be provided on request. Business guests are invited to make use of the conference rooms.
Location:
This fabulous hotel lies on the eastern outskirts of Luxor directly on the banks of the Nile. Karnak Temple is situated in the immediate vicinity, whilst Luxor Temple and Luxor Museum are also nearby (within roughly 3 km). The town centre is 2 km from the hotel to where guests may take the shuttle bus, which runs several times a day, free of charge. The airport is located around 9 km from the hotel.
Room:
The comfortable and stylish rooms come with a bathroom including a bath and hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, Internet access, a radio, satellite/ cable TV and (for an additional fee) a minibar/ fridge. Additionally, guests may take advantage of the tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms also come with a small balcony and a hire safe. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.
Entertainment:
The well-maintained outdoor complex offers views of the Nile, two swimming pools, a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel supplies pool towels. Guests may make use of the spa options, the sauna, the indoor swimming pool or pay a visit to the in-house gym. Further leisure options include gymnastics, aerobics, volleyball, cycling/ mountain biking, darts and an entertainment programme. Moreover it is possible to play chess, table tennis (added fees to be paid) or billiards (for an additional fee). A trip by horse and carriage past the sights of Luxor is also a worthwhile experience. Fun may be had in the hotel casino during the evenings.

Guests are offered breakfast and evening meals in the form of a rich and varied buffet.

“ We returned to this hotel after staying here over the New Year, and can honestly say that the hotel has transformed its level of service with the introduction of a European Management structure. From the moment we arrived to when we departed, we felt that we were being looked after all the time. The new Head Chef has developed a whole new vegetarian menu, the quality of food in the Silk Road restaurant has greatly improved, and new General Manager driving subtle yet noticeable improvements in all aspects of the hotel. The Spa treatments are incredible, and the views across the Nile are fantastic. If you are thinking of going to Luxor for a break, spend the extra money and stay at this luxury hotel.
“ Top Tip: There is so much to see in Luxor, I recommend not trying to do it all at once; Luxor has been there for thousands of years, and you will probably want to return!

“ Absolutely fantastic, loved every minute. Our room was upgraded 2 levels for free and we had a balcony with Nile view, use of the spa and free evening meal on one night. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We did masses of trips thanks to our guide, Mohamed. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the Luxor area.
“ Top Tip: Not much near the hotel but take the free bus service to Luxor and the Kebabgy restaurant was good.

“ This hotel was amazing, i couldnt have asked for anything more, we had drinks on our arrival and our room was upgraded as the hotel wasnt fully occupied while we were there! they had many choices of restaurants and food options, they gave us a free meal next to nile one night which was perfect! we were only on a bed and breakfast package so this was very generous!!! i couldnt recommend it more ;-)
“ Top Tip: Keep hold of your luggage when you get out of the airport and the taxi drivers will try to grab it and my handbag which was quite scary!! dont trust the tourism police they are also after your money like the egypitans as were visited the Valley of the Kings and our tour guide left us for 5mins and the tourism police tried to show us a scriptor on the wall and then asked for £10 which we gave because he had a gun, so be polite and say no!! dont be afraid to say no!
