This beach resort hotel faces directly out onto the open sea and the expansive beach front. It has 300 rooms in total and facilities include air conditioning, a lobby, hotel safe, café, mini-supermarket, shop, hairdressers' salon, restaurant and Internet access. There is a kids' club and a playground and room and laundry services are provided. The bar is the perfect venue for a relaxing night cap. This hotel is located directly next to the beach, beside the new port of Ghalib. “ Good variety of HOT food and very friendly staff. Excellent room overlooking the beach and lots going on with the animation team. On the downside, if there is one, if you are looking for a hotel frequented by British people then this is not for you.

This beach hotel is perfect for beach lovers and water babies. It offers excellent facilities which are sure to make it a hit with guests. The luxurious air-conditioned hotel is ideal if guests want to relax in a fantastic, peaceful area in the sun. It also features a range of modern services such as Internet access and it has an excellent 24-hour reception desk in the lobby with a 24-hour check-out service. There are 230 guest rooms in total. Further facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, auditorium and a TV lounge. There is a children's playground (fees apply) and a kids' club for younger guests to enjoy. Guests can wine and dine in the cafe, bar and restaurant. Conference facilities are on offer to business travellers and there is also a nightclub at the hotel. Furthermore, guests can take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services and a car park is available for those arriving by car (fees apply).
“ Good for relax only, no entertainment boring after 3 to 5 days nothing close to it. No beach, it is close to beach but you can not go to the beach very dangers not allowed only you can sit near the beach but you can not go in to the beach. My advice only take 3 or 5 days, food not good but not bad normal Arab food but anytime food is available, it is 3 star hotel

“ We had been due to stay at the Marina Lodge but as this was closed stayed at the Intercontinental Palace in Port Galib. At the begining of the week the service was impecable, however towards the end the service was not very good taking upto 15 mins to be served tea with breakfast.

The Coral Beach Marina Lodge is located in the up and coming new resort of Port Ghalib, just a 5 minute drive from Marsa Alam airport, and set alongside the glorious corals of the Red Sea, with magnificent mountainous terrain as a backdrop. This luxurious hotel offers spacious guest rooms equipped with air-conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV and safe. "Indigo" restaurant serves a variety of Mediterranean food and different theme buffets for dinner on a daily basis. The hotel also offers a pool and gym, as well as diving and snorkelling facilities.
“ This was and always should be a divers hotel either as an overnight stop from a Port Ghalib based liveaboard or as a shore based dive hotel. The management have lost the plot and are trying to cater for the all-inclusive clientele.

“ We were totally unaware of any of the unrest that has carried on in Cario on our trip. The hotel was brilliant for sun sea and relaxation. The superior room was very nice and staff could not do enough to help.
