This beach hotel is perfect for beach lovers and water babies. It offers excellent facilities which are sure to make it a hit with guests. The luxurious air-conditioned hotel is ideal if guests want to relax in a fantastic, peaceful area in the sun. It also features a range of modern services such as Internet access and it has an excellent 24-hour reception desk in the lobby with a 24-hour check-out service. There are 230 guest rooms in total. Further facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, auditorium and a TV lounge. There is a children's playground (fees apply) and a kids' club for younger guests to enjoy. Guests can wine and dine in the cafe, bar and restaurant. Conference facilities are on offer to business travellers and there is also a nightclub at the hotel. Furthermore, guests can take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services and a car park is available for those arriving by car (fees apply).The hotel is located in the wonderful area of Marsa Alam, Egypt. It is only 200 m from the beach, 30 km from Al Qusair city and approximately 50 km from the Marsa Alam Airport.Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy a good night's rest on their double or king-size bed. Further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, safe, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning and a balcony or terrace are standard features in all accommodation.The hotel has a total of 9 swimming pools on offer to its guests. These include 1 indoor and 8 outdoor pools. There are heated pools and a children's swimming area among them (fees apply). Refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar and guests can relax on sun loungers under the shade of parasols (fees apply to all). Moreover, guests can work out in the gym or keep fit with aerobics and aqua fit sessions (fees apply to all). They can also enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, sauna and steam room, or further pamper themselves with a massage or spa treatment. Water sports on offer include diving and pedal boating (fees apply). Other recreational pursuits guests can try out include paddle tennis, tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, handball, volleyball, beach volleyball and archery (additional fees apply to all of the above activities). Alternatively, guests may wish to set out on a horse ride or bike ride. Sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the sandy and pebble beach. The hotel also offers entertainment programmes for adults and children (fees apply to both).

“ Good for relax only, no entertainment boring after 3 to 5 days nothing close to it. No beach, it is close to beach but you can not go to the beach very dangers not allowed only you can sit near the beach but you can not go in to the beach. My advice only take 3 or 5 days, food not good but not bad normal Arab food but anytime food is available, it is 3 star hotel

Nothing close to it Dazed
very far from Port Ghalib it is in Al guseir 30KM before Port Ghalib and it is around 60 KM to Marsaa Alam No any house or city or hotel close to it. Dazed area be careful before booking.

This is definitely not a 5* hotel - what let it down was the quality of the food - very average. The only evening bar was a smoking bar so was most unpleasant to sit and have a relaxing drink.
Swimming pools were lovely although very cold at this time of year. Indoor pool was also cool but manageable.

“ Weather in Marsa Alam good, but not excessively hot in late February. Great coral reef with easy and (mostly) supervised access from jetty for snorkling. Good boat trips to see dolphins etc. Excellent friendly service from hotel staff in restaurants, around pools, on beach etc. Food very acceptable, varied, plentiful and and at time excellent. Arrangements for meeting at Marsa Alam airport and transfer to hotel worked like clockwork. Thankyou Travel Republic, Thomson Travel and Dreams Beach Resort for a wonderful week.
“ Top Tip: The beach and coral reef were great. The boat trip to 'Dolphin House' was lovely. Massage in the Health and Beauty centre was the best ever - for a Muslim county they are a lot less inhibited about naked bodies than you might imagine! Try the Noahs' Ark restaurant on the night they serve fish - excellent. While you still looked pale and newly arraived there were A lot of peaple trying to sell trips, newspapers, massages etc but in a friendly way and not over persistant. Be respectful to them and it will be returned.

We travelled just before x mas.On the plus side 1/transfers boked via travel republic worked well 2/excellent weather 3/hotel only third full plenty of sunbeds 4/food was fine 5/better than average gym, free to use steam room/sauna 6/lots of pools and Brits.
on the minus side 1/off season so a lot of the resturants closed in hotel e.g sea food and itialian only opened once a week 2/pools not heated even the indoor one so very cold to get in the water 3/good range of drinks but served in small glasses 4/lots of selling for trips ect around the pool area 5/rooms good but dated 6/there is nothing to do around the area.
Over all good value for money , friendly staff who listened and accomated requests and there is a daily vist by a you travel rep speaking good english
“ Top Tip: Take enough cash(euros or pounds) as the trips are expensive(45 euros per dive)Try diving they give a free session in the pool to see if you wil cope, than go to Abu Dabad(20 euros for the trip and enrty) to swim with the turtles.Ate all the food , didnot fall ill, only a worry in the summer when the fly population is high.Take a light jumper for the evenings.

The resort was excellent, spotless and very well maintained. pools were slightly cool, but there was a heated indoor pool for those who found the outdoor pool to cool, however I thought the pool was a welcome break from the sun and a perfect way to cool down.
The staff in the resort couldn't do more to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible, very friendly and helpful.
The food was excellent, varied, plentiful and loads of choice. the outdoor BBQ is an excellent idea and absolutely gorgeous.
Entertainment was a little haphazard, more suited to you if you understand Italian lol but the Mr Hotel competition was hilarious!
A FANTASTIC holiday and a perfect resort to chill and relax!
