“ We found this hotel very nice and very comfortable. Our rep and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet when we were there and the entertainment team done everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. Would deffinatly go back. Excellent experience. Only down fall is the food but if you like a change a few nights there are some nice restaurants down the high street.
“ Top Tip: There is a british bar rght next to hotel. Missing home food this is the place to go or fancy a mcdonalds. Kfc or burger king. Get it delivered to the hotel :).

Our hotel room was in a poor condition. The balcony door handle came off in our hand and the toilet was dirty on arrival, at 3am in the morning water came pouring through the ceiling, possibly from a burst pipe.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly which made our stay a little more comfortable, however, this hotel should only be rated a 2 star due to the poor entertainment and lack of facilities. The All Inclusive that is supposed to run until 11pm ran out of beer at 21:30 and had no red wine and later ran out of white wine.
I know we didn't pay much for the hotel, but I expect the rates were reduced due to the current situation in Egypt and low tourist numbers, not reduced to because the standards are cheap.
