“ This hotel is relatively new, and very big. The rooms are spacious, and the grounds are immaculate. There are several restaurants to chose from, all providing a variety of choices. The staff were in the main helpful. There were a couple of little issues including the hotel rep who kept putting notes through our door telling us that our flight had changed and we needed to meet with him. As we had booked independently he wouldnt know what flight we were booked on, so we determined it was basically a ploy to get us to talk with him so he could try and sell trips! Fed it back to customer relations, who basically werent interested. Overall though, a nice holiday at a reasonable price.

“ Top Tip: 1. The royal pool is loud through the day, and the lagoon pool is loud at night, so quieter rooms are nearer the sea.
2. Tip waiter at beginning of hols, and they look after you.
3. Many of the tours are no longer regulated, so be careful.
4. Cost of taxi from airport should be no more than £10, probably a lot less.

“ A very large and beautiful hotel situated on the beach with very friendly and willing staff, fantastic standard of food in the different restaurants and a great selection of swimming pools. Our two rooms were large with sitting areas and plasma tvs. A lovely walk in shower in the large bathrooms were also a plus.

The only things which stop this hotel from getting a 10/10 are the lack of international spirits which means the drinks in the hotel are limited and the fact that, although the hotel is on the beach, you cannot access the sea from the beach but must use a jetty as there is a coral bank which stretches right along the length of the hotel's private beach.

We would be very happy to return to this hotel again in the future.
