“ Not four star, three at best...The rooms my wife and I were in were in zone 6 and these definately need a serious facelift, they are tired and in need of some deep TLC. Also any rooms outside the main block you have to negotiate two levels of steep steps and then a substantial slope to arrive at your block, then there are even more stairs if you aren't on the ground floor, they say that there are buggies available but you can rarely find a driver to take you and even when you do the driver takes you past your stop off point. The one lift to the reception from the outside appartments is so slow even I could hobble down the stairs before it arrived, and I have bad knee joints.

Dinning room food needs looking at with regards to total variety but adequate.

The staff very friendly and accomodating although slow, but hey you are on holiday after all.

“ Top Tip: Reception bar staff are great and get to know people very quickly. The Mexican bar; great food and the waiter behind the counter is really switched on and likes to have a laugh with you, although you need to have a sense of humour where some people don't.

“ This hotel was ideal for us but there were numerous families (mainly egyptian) and lots of older couples here - all of which appeared to be enjoying themselves!
the Animation Team were great (Chantelle in particular) and the bar and restaurant staff took good care of us too.
Our room (949) was spacious and clean with a flat screen tv and fridge so we could keep drinks warm.
The Evening entertainment wasn't particularly good but there are so many bars, restaurants and clubs nearby it really didn't matter. That said, the Friday night show was actually excellent - I won't give too much away but it's worth heading to the Sunset Bar to see this at 9.30 on Friday evening.

“ Top Tip: The Mexican Bar & Restaurant next to the Hotel forms part of the all inclusive package at this hotel from 2 - 7pm each day and offers a 3 course set menu for just 150 LE each (about £15) and this includes mixed starters of nachos, mozzarella sticks and chicken wings then choice of chicken or steak fajitas then the best chocolate fudge brownie I've ever had!!!

“ Great Hotel with fantastic attentive staff. The animation team are very friendly and lots of fun. Rooms in the 900 block are the newest and have a dining area of their own. Right in the center of Naama Bay so lots to do.

“ Top Tip: A short walk to the beach across the road

“ all inclusive bars are closed indoors when open outside this can be annoying and the entertainment bar is on the roof which was cool in january
