The Dreams Beach is an absolutely fantastic hotel, you also get the advantage of the use of Dreams Vacation which was a 3 minute walk from our accomodation block. Some areas could do with a little tidy up but everywhere was beautifully clean. The food choice is fantastic, there are the buffet resturants in both hotels which do vary slightly. The Asian resturant in Dreams Vacation is excellent however you do pay for your food (a 3 course meal for 2 was around £20), you can choose from Indian or Chinese, soft drinks and spirits are free but you have to pay for Wine and Beer. The Mexican in Dreams Vacation was very good too - food and drinks are served on the same basis as the Asian. Within Dreams Beach there is the Steak House, Love Boat and Italian however we didn't try these as the resturants in Dreams Vacation were more appealing to our taste. At lucnh times there is Beach Grill which was good and snacks are served around the pool areas each day. All of the pools are excellent however Dreams Beach main pool got a little crowded so we used the one at Dreams Vacation which was a lot quieter. The staff in each of the hotels are wonderfull, some of the nicest people I have ever come across - nothing was ever too much trouble.

Top Tip: I would recommend that you make use of the facilities in both hotels.

fab location, great for snorkeling helpful and friendly staff.
Entertainment could have been better.
Russian's loud and rude, but avoiding them the experience was wonderful.
Hotel in need of a refurb, but public areas were well presented if a little jaded.
Vegetable choice rather predictable, but could always find something to satisfy the taste buds. Overall very enjoyable food and a great holiday.

Top Tip: turn left out of the hotel and walk along to the new designer shopping mall and the old style market which is beyond the mall on the right hand side. Nice stroll about a mile or jump in a cab, great shopping experience.

Check-in date:

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel, so obviously we like it very much. There were a few differences this time as it was apparently "winter season" (summer starts in May), the swim up bar wasn't manned but the waiter was always around to bring drinks so no probs there. The food was the same fantastic quality but with the nightly roast missing making the choice of food a little easier - only having 2 meats, chicken, pasta, burgers etc or fish to choose from. The entertainment is typical of all Egyptian hotels, starting with kiddies and then onto the adults, not riveting when you've seen it countless times, but worth a watch if it's your 1st visit. The staff are very attentive and are always willing to help in anyway they can, and they listen to you and act quickly if any problems occur. The spa is well worth a visit or 6! The massages are fantastic and can be suited to you and your needs. There is a jacuzi and sauna that can be used as many times as you like, and a small gym. The pools are very clean and there is never a shortage of sunbeds and clean towels for use on the beach or around the pool. On our last visit we mentioned that you do get a bit of hassle around the pool from salesmen trying to sell you trips, beauty treatements, restaurants etc and this time they gave you signs to hang under your brolly so you were left alone, and these worked great with the exception of one person from the salon who quite frankly is a right royal pain, and doesn't even listen when you shout at him to leave you alone, the only way to deal with him was to blatantly ignore him. Everyone else just said good morning and walked on. Other than this one individual there isn't anything I can complain about. It is also worth a mention that if you are disabled or have trouble getting around, don't worry as they are well equiped to make your stay easy going and comfortable.

Top Tip: Not far up the road near Fantasia on Bank St is a bar called Champions where the drinks are reasonably priced (and can still be haggled over) and the food is top quality. They show all major sports for free and have free wifi for the footy wifes and kids! If you want lively entertainment head into Naama bay and look for Montys Bar which is a great night for all.

We went to this hotel in Jan/Feb the hotel is fabulous ,the staff are very friendly and helpful ,the food is very nice with plenty of choice, the various resturants around the complex are vrey diverse only complaint eas that there were not many non smoking areas around ( but i am a non smoker ). There were many nationalities but not so many British people there ( is that such a bad thing ). There were more Brits at the sister complex right next door. We would definately go back to the Dreams Beach Resort.

Check-in date:

There was no sandy beach - only access to sea was from 2 jetty's.
There were plenty of sunbeds at the base of the cliff by the sea, also restaurant and bar for food and drink, toilets and showers. There was a pool and playground area for children and families.

Food in main restaurant was good but not a huge choice.

Staff friendly, evening entertainment poor.

Top Tip: Nearest evening entertainment outside the hotel would be a short taxi ride into Naama Bay.
