“ I will be booking with you again to go back to Aqua Blu next year, everything was awesome. Hotel was of an exceptionally high standard; staff were faultless and wonderfully attentive; rooms immaculate; fresh linen and beach towels everyday; beach beautiful and free bus to it; food, soft drinks, local beer and ice cream all fantastic; great resort for all families; full buggy and wheelchair access; water park is brilliant for all ages; loved the double sun beds; comfiest nights sleep ever in the fully air conditioned spacious bedroom; shower gel and soap dispensers filled daily in bathrooms; fresh bottled water in fridge in room every day. I could go on and on, highly recommended, but don't tell everyone, they'll put the prices up!!
“ Top Tip: Don't bother packing towels, beach and shower towels provided fresh and free everyday. Take small amounts of Egyptian £ - tipping will get you a long way.

“ I've previously stayed at this hotel before, however this time the hotel was half full and yet they could not accommodate my request of adjoining rooms. We was situated across a road away from the hotel. The room had broken beds which was replaced and no bath but a tiny shower which spilled water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. I constantly had to ask for a towel each person, we had 6 in the room and only 4 towels provided. Pool side towel are now left in each room and not as previously obtainable by the pool, we didn't get ours till the last day (day 7) of our 8 day holiday.
“ Top Tip: The local shops and pharmacy was 2/3rds cheaper than inside the hotel. Hotel offers wifi for $8 for 30 mins internet obtainable at the moka bar next to the jazz bar above the cave de roi restaurant. On your device look for moka and password is aqua100100 the Internet is available at all times but signal can be a little poor.

“ Top Tip: go out of rear entrance, turn left, walk to top of street turn right and there's loads of shops to explore (even a McDonald's) fab!

Serves its purpose as a hotel but could do with updating. Plenty for young children to do and its nice to have onsite waterslides and plenty of areas to sunbathe in. Only one restaurant was open during our time there but food was basic and what you would expect from a cheaper all inclusive hotel, serving its purpose without much variation.
Some excellent staff, but balanced by the miserable ones. Not sure if its an egyptian thing, but all staff including the cleaners were male. Not much going on after midnight and shops a taxi ride away. The surrounding area is a but of a tip and doesnt make for venturing out into. I would recommend this hotel but only because its cheap and cheerful and overall I enjoyed my stay there, was apprehensive about the troubles, but would have no problem going back to the area again as the weather was fantastic and I never felt unsafe.
