The hotel is pided into two complexes known as the Front Area 150mts and Sports Area 200mts from the beach. Both complexes have their own receptions and pools, however, guests are invited to use the facilities in both areas. “ We stayed in the Front Hotel which was excellent. Rooms large and well presented. Staff could not have been more helpfull and very friendly. Nothing was a bother. Sport Hotel very close to airport (end of runway).
“ Top Tip: Italian restaurant at Front Hotel was great. Fabulous pizza at lunchtime.

“ This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. I don't want to take the responsilbility of recommending this hotel only to say, if we were going back to Sharm, which we no doubt will be, we will be staying at this hotel without a doubt.
“ Top Tip: British bar is good but it allows smoking inside which for me is a big reason not to go there.

I loved this hotel. I travelled as a single female and the staff in every area of the hotel looked after me so well, I felt very safe and well cared for. I had two issues with my room which were fixed immediately after I reported them.
The food was excellent with plenty of variety and good quality. I didn't restrict anything and did not have an upset stomach at all.
I had 2 excellent riding lessons and a hack out in the desert. The horses are very well cared for and the instructors are expert with excellent English.
I didn't experience any trouble with other guests of any nationality but it was very quiet while I was there.
Some construction and refurbishment is being done but I barely noticed it.
My room was huge and spotlessly clean - I loved the towel sculptures and had a great laugh with my room attendant.
All the staff are male as the ladies stay in"proper Egypt" with the family. Some staff in the spa are female.
I had a fantastic spa package with facial body scrub and full body massage. The prices you pay for any spa treatments, horse riding etc are about the same as the UK.
Location is great with Soho Square right on the doorstep and although close to the airport very little aircraft noise as the hotel is not under the actual flightpath.
My only faults would be the end of all inclusive at 12 so if you go into the nightclub you will have to pay for drinks and the beach is quite narrow so very crowded. Also, there are water sports with speed boats very close to the swimming zone which made snorkelling difficult for me as I am not very experienced.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is able bodied - it may be difficult to access for those with walking difficulties.
