Renovated in 2006, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 470 rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a shopping arcade in addition to room and laundry services.This luxurious resort lies across from Tiran Island, an area of Egypt considered one of the best ping spots in the world. The hotel lies amidst parklands covering approximately 15 hectares, beside the local untouched beach, which stretches about 5 km along the coast in the bay of Ras Nosrani. Wonderful underwater areas for snorkelling and ping are to be found just before the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, the resort centre, the marina and the various attractions situated in and around Sharm el-Sheikh.All rooms have a private terrace affording views out over the Red Sea, Tiran Island, the pool or the hotel gardens. Each features an en suite bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a hairdryer, a double/ king-sized bed, inpidually controllable air conditioning, satellite TV with multi-language channels and a radio function, an Internet connection, a direct dial telephone, a minibar and a safe. Smoke detectors and a sprinkler system come as standard in all rooms.There is a large swimming pool with a paddling area for children in the outdoor complex. Wonderful ping opportunities close to Tiran Island and the world-famous Ras Mohammed National Park are to be found in the near vicinity. There is a full-service pe centre for guests as well as a Jacuzzi and a massage service to take advantage of. Sports enthusiasts may try out water aerobics, tennis, aerobics, basketball, or volleyball or work out in the hotel gym. “ Very enjoyable stay at this hotel but this was not a 5 star the rooms are getting a bit tired, but as you may know the hotel is having a total refurb, just hope they keep the staff and the selection of good food on offer.
“
Top Tip:
A pretty isolated hotel a place just to chill and enjoy the marine life.
A tip to Travel Republic please keep prices more competitive, as you have just missed out to a member of my family to a competitor ie price!!

“ The Coral Sea Imperial is a fantastic hotel, the staff are great and cant do enough for you. The food is great with BBQ's every other nite. The entertainment staff are brilliant and work very hard all day and nite. Met so many lovely people. We have been twice and cant wait to go back.
“ Top Tip: Its a 20 minute taxi ride into Naama Bay, one thing i would say is get a taxi off the street as you can get a great deal, taxi's from the hotel are very expensive.

“ As long as you realise you have nowhere to walk to nearby outside of the complex, this hotel is brilliant. Some of the buildings are a little 'tired' but I understand they are going to be refurbishing very soon. The food is very good and varied. The staff are wonderful. They are all very helpful, friendly and chatty; from the restaurant staff to the cleaners and gardeners. The grounds of the hotel were very well kept, clean and tidy, as was the beach.
“ Top Tip: All facilities that we visited were within the hotel complex as we had a wheelchair user within our party. Our only visit outside of the complex was a day trip to the pyramids.
