Very stylish Hotel with really lovely staff- nothing was too much trouble for them.Very kind and helpful to all the guests.
The hotel was kept spotlessly clean.
There are many steps to the rooms near the beach, so would need to request a room near Reception if climbing steps uphill is difficult, although I'm sure if this was made clear at the time of booking, this could be organised.

This is the 3rd time my boyfriend and I have stayed here . Mainly due to the fabulous staff. We arrived on the 24th of dec late due to flight delay so we missed the gala evening . Everyone said it had been excellent . We did stay for the new years eve party which was fantastic due to less tourists the hotel did not rent a big marquee as in previous years but split the party over 3 areas. The main restaurant was lit with beautiful lights. outside the food was laid out beautifully and was delicious x upstairs there was dancing and entertainment which was great fun . I would return to Rotana at this time of year again.
The rooms again were well kept and spotless the showers cubicles could do with up dating . We had a kettle and had a refill of tea and coffee every day . As we were return guest there was no charge for this service for 1st time guest you can rent from reception . The main pool is where all the activity is at this time of year due to the pool being heated . Great atmosphere around the pool with a mixture of Italian , Russian and English . Everything is just a taxi away 5 minutes to soho square and ten to Nama bay.

I have now been to Egypt 6 times and can honestly this is the best .a real home from home. This is our 2nd time at this hotel we returned due to the fantastic staff and the location is just beautiful. There are minor bad points if your picky the shower enclosures in the bathroom are tired but in no way dirty.
The food is not the best purely due to 90% of clients being Russian, they really don't seem to care the way Europeans do. We were constantly asked what we would like to eat and the staff went that extra mile to cater for us. I would return to Coral Rotana in a second .

“ Hotel generally good. Rooms a bit tired and needing updating but kept very clean and tidy and always plenty of hot water. Needed to ask for a kettle - initially told there would be a $20 charge for this but after persisting and advising did not require tea/coffee etc received ketttle and cups free of charge (they are not in rooms as listed on hotel details). Staff very friendly and helpful. Food only average - a bit monotonous though breakfast very good.
“ Top Tip: Anyone going for first time be aware that there is no soft sand beach - it is coral reef which you are not allowed to walk on. Hotels like this one have a walkway along to a floating pontoon from which you gain access to the sea. Plenty of sunbeds here - both at beach and around all 3 pools - never felt crowded.
