The hotel provides accommodation on the upper part of the resort, around the swimming pool with views over the bay. The resort is also home to the Aladin Casino which has free admission and a pleasant atmosphere for both amateur and professional gamblers, with slot machines and gambling tables available. This air-conditioned hotel welcomes guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Amenities at the hotel include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, hairdressing salon and an auditorium. There is a children's playground for the resort's younger guests, as well as a mini-club and a baby sitting service (on request). There is a bar, pub and restaurant on the premises. There are conference facilities available for business guests. Guests may take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services. Bicycles and cars may also be hired, and there is a medical service and an internal transportation service at the resort.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balcony or terrace, all with a sofa bed and baby cots (available on request). Room amenities include a telephone, satellite TV, minibar and safe deposit boxes available at the reception free of charge. Each room has an en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers. Rooms are fitted with double or king-size beds. Air conditioning and heating are standard features in all accommodation. Non-smoking rooms are available on a request basis (please enter in 'Special Requests' at time of booking). The majority of the rooms enjoy exceptional views overlooking the sea and Tiran Island.
The resort has a huge heated swimming pool for adults and children, as well as 3 wonderful floating pontoons where guests can sunbathe. There are sun loungers for guests to recline on and parasols (also available on the sandy beach). Guests can join in an aqua fit or aerobics class and relax in the sauna or take a massage treatment in the health and beauty centre. Other sports on offer include tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, beach volleyball, archery, and there is also a ping centre. The resort runs entertainment programmes for adults and children. There is a bazaar and shopping centre in the vicinity.

“ Massive hotel. Friendly staff and the rooms very clean. Breakfast very poor bit apart from that, we really enjoyed.
“ Top Tip: Naama Bay is the closest area in terms of lively entertainment. There is Old Market and Hadaba which is also close by. Always haggle with your taxis or use the little blue vans as they are really cheap (yes, you have to negotiate with that too)

PLUS - Although the hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were rather 'tired' and could do with a makeover.
Food was plentiful but not a lot of selection or variation.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
MINUS - The Resort is huge!!! The only way around is to get the free 'taf taf' bus to travel around or hire a golf buggy.
The place is full of greedy, ignorant, rude, noisy Russians and as there is only the one dining room that is all inclusive and it resembles a Baltic Butlins!
The all inculsive bars close at sunset leaving only one pool bar open until midnight, but there is no entertainment.
If you require the free entertainment you then have to purchase your drinks!
There are shops on the resort that you have to pass through on your way to the dining room therefore you are constantly hassled by shop keepers, although they have been told not to.
The satelite TV is a bit hit and miss as to what stations you pick up.
I would only rate this hotel as a 3 star.

“ A really good time was had. We enjoyed the activities that you could join in with as and when you wanted. The staff were very attentive and efficient. It was a very relaxing holiday with everything on site to keep you occupied without going anywhere else. An excellent place for a relaxing break. The only down side is that it is a popular holiday resort with Russians and we found them rude and overbearing.
“ Top Tip: We did a trip with Aquarious to do a first scuba dive and snorkelling from a boat for a days excursion, it was excellent.
