“ It was absolutely spotless and the whole resort was abundant with flowers and greenery. The staff were polite, helpful, and frindly, the only downside to our stay was the all inclusive food, which didn't cater for English.

The hotel stuff were very nice and friendly, they have a very entertaining activities all day long. You won't ever need to leave the hotel as they have everything inside
e.g. Bazar, shopping places, pharmacy, Super market and cool disco club...
Rooms are clean and nice. i had such a great view from my room
surprisingly they have a very weird and rude security people which continuously were following me and a girl i met there whenever we go, i complained about it and i met the night Manager that said to me this is the Hotel system and i can't do anything about it! so this might be not convenient for solo travelers...
Food is very basic and never expect a 5 stars food, as the majority of guests there are Russians and they care more about quantity over quality

“ The hotel was definately not a 5* hotel, at the most I would say it was a 3*. The hotel is part of a resort and has 3 hotels. We didnt get the hotel we booked above as it was closed due to no bookings from tourists (we werent told this by the way, we just happen to find out by one of the hotel staff as he was helping us move from one room to another, as the first was terrible. This was not what I was expecting and was quite annoyed by it). The staff were very friendly and helpful, although most had issues with speaking English. Sharm mainly caters for Russians and Italians.
“ Top Tip: The resort is huge and you will have to get around in the taff taff (provided free of charge by the resort). This will not be suitable or to everyones taste. Only book this hotel if you want a 3* in reality and dont mind the size of the resort itself.

“ excellent service from friendly staff,excellent value for money, 6 of us went and had a great holiday, we are going back next January for a 50th birthday probably around 20 of us. Would recommend to anyone,could not really fault it.

The Ramada Plaza Hotel is a 4 star hotel under new management and ideally located in the Naama Bay area in Sharm el Sheikh, on the main road, adjacent to the Fun Town theme park , well-insulated from the bustle of downtown, the Ramada Plaza is tastefully decorated, and the well appointed rooms are spacious.The Hotel consists of 255 rooms and suites. Rooms consist of twins, or king and queen sized beds. All guest rooms have either a terrace,balcony or french window, offering guests views of the gardens or mountain, Pool view rooms are available at a supplement. Why not upgrade to a Junior Suite which are larger than the standard room with a seating area. All rooms are fully equipped with a safe deposit box, mini bar, mini fridge, satellite TV, CNN news, direct dial phone, hair dryer, central air conditioning with indivisual control, make-up mirror, electrical & telephone Jack adapters, work desk with lamp, full size mirror, bathroom shower or only a shower, bathroom amenities like phone & bidet, and 24 hour r

Although Narma Bay is frantically busy and noisy the hotel is far enough away for peace and quiet, but only 10 minutes walk to the main stretch and a further 10 minutes to "Wind Beach"
