It was my first holiday in Egypt and in comparison to holidays in Europe I would cast as a exellent value for money and more..The hot temperature and cloudless sky is guaranteed.I have found that May was too hot [37C] so I would preffered to come in higher season.The staff at the hotel very helpful and made sure you are happy and satisfied.All resort facilities conviniently spaced out with short distance from each other exept the villas area where you have 5 min walk to a restaurant 3 times a day in a heat [if fully inclusive]
Lovely swimming pools for all ages.
The restaurant meals had wide rage of dishes to suit various tastes.
Spacious rooms with patios or balconies.Refrigirator and kettle in the room very useful too.

Top Tip:
mosquitoes are about, but mainly at evening and night time! To prevent you from their bites keep the patio door closed at night and put an air conditioning on.
Ask the cleaner to spray the room during a day.You can also buy the body spray in a farmacy shop within the resort.

“ Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. The downside is, as with all places in Egypt, the spa staff and beauticians etc often approach to try sell their products which can get annoying when you are relaxing.
“ Top Tip: Happy hour at Ghazala Beach Bar!

Hotel staff very slow and some not interested in serving guests, waited ages for drinks. Expected more from this hotel and was disappointed. Asked three times for water in room.
Pool bar very slow for drinks. Rooms very large although a bit dated. Food ok. Pool clean. Entertainment ok. Location very good. Better hotels available in Sharm. Would not go back to this hotel.
“ Top Tip: Tip pool attendant, and he will put your towels out every day. Complain if anything wrong you will get an upgraded room.
