Opened in 2000, the stylish hotel comprises a total of 401 rooms. It is possible to take the panoramic funicular railway from the lobby to the pool and beach, passing waterfalls and sparkling streams along the way. Facilities on offer include a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange counter, and lift access. Guests may also take advantage of the cafe, the bars, the nightclub, and the restaurants, while a public Internet connection, room service, a playground for younger visitors, and parking for those arriving by car complete the offerings.
This hotel is situated on the coast of the Red Sea, in the suburbs of Sharm El Sheikh and directly on the El Sid plateau. It is built along terraces descending down to the beach. Shopping venues are to be found in the town centre, approximately 7 km from the hotel, whilst the well-known Ras Mohamed National Park lies some 30 km away, and it is approximately 20 km to the airport.
There are two swimming pools in the outdoor complex, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace surrounded by gardens, with views over the Red Sea and the beach, and more than 100 deck chairs and parasols available. Alongside massages, guests may also make use of the sauna, the Jacuzzi, and the steam bath, while sports enthusiasts may try a work-out in the gym. Children's activities are organised in the kids club.

“ This was our seventh visit to The Hilton Waterfalls hotel, which given that there are over 300 hotels in Sharm el Sheikh says a great deal about the hotel. The reason that we have returned so often is that we are unable to find this level of comfort, quality, service and value anywhere else. From the moment you arrive at reception you are welcomed by friendly helpful staff who speed the check in process with aplomb. Over the last year most of the rooms have been refurbished and equipped with widescreen Samsung 32 inch televisions. The way the hotel is designed. cascading down a cliff, offers more views for guests. With four swimming pools, a spa and a professional diviong centre there is no need to leave this hotel during your stay. On this visit we were delighted to find some aditional services. A twice daily ice cold towel service around the pool to help cool down in the heat. Pool staff check on your comfort throughout the day and will supply drinks if asked. The restaurant continues to improve and during this stay we found that the food was the best of any stay so far.. Of course the driving force behind this wonderful service is a tip top management team and wonderful staff. We stayed on an all inclusive basis which offers drinks, snacks and full board to a very high standard. However, included in this package is a chance to sample the al la carte Italian restaurant as well as lebanese cuisine at the pool restaurant. No matter how many times we return to The Hilton Waterfalls the welcome is always the same- FANTASTIC!

The staff at this hotel are second to none, they do everything and more .
The hotel very clean , clean bedding everyday room are kept to a high standard. The management is very hands on , seen them inspecting everyday and a team walking around the hotel checking kitchens , pools and all areas very good to see , I would recommend this hotel to everyone except people with a mobility issue as there is a lot of steps in the area , we are that happy we are looking to go back again this year we only got back last night 21 jan .
