This resort is a magnificent place to stay, which leaves nothing to be desired. Built in Andalusian and Moorish architectural styles, the hotel offers stunning views of the Red Sea, the renowned Sinai Mountains, and one of the best diving and snorkelling areas in the world. “ The Hotel is laid out really well but it is in need of some TLC. The swimming pools are large and well looked after. The rooms are adequate but the bathrooms could do with a spruce up. The staff are very obliging and friendly and do like Brits. Unfortunatley whlie we were there we were outnumbered by Russians( 500 Russians to 45 Brits) they didn't upset us but they were very rude to the staff which l felt was very unneccessary.

“ I didn't realise this hotel was the same one I stayed in in January. If I had known I would never have booked! Hotel needs one huge makeover. The food was appalling to say the least. The dining room was disgusting with sticky chairs and tables, unprepared tables and spoons etc. used for serving food not changed or kept clean. On a positive note the staff and management were very courteous and helpful and the location was stunning.

“ The hotel was of a good standard considering the price we paid however it was not 5 star. The grounds were amazing however a few minor adjustments were needed, such as the tiles in the pool were covered in mould and in need of a clean. I was worried about the food after reading bad reviews but I have no complaints in that area the food was gorgeous. All staff very helpful and bend over backwards for you. The only oher disappointment was the drinks, all spirits, eg vodka, gin, rum tasted exactly the same, and all tasted like paint stripper and was not drinkable at all.

We found the staff to be extremely friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. They made our holiday! We were upgraded to a room that had an amazing sea view. The room along with the rest of the hotel was immaculately clean.
Maybe the lack of choice at meal times let it down a little and wasn't quite the 5 star we have experienced elswhere. However, the food that we did have was really excellent.
No complaints at all just commendation to the wonderful staff!

The four large pool areas, the splendid arranged garden, with water falls and canals, the spaciously designed rooms and junior suites are the ideal venues for your family vacation.
“ This is my second time at Sunrise Island View, I love it here, everyone is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. All the staff from Management to cleaners ensue to make sure your stay is the most enjoyable stay you could have, I will be returning in the Summer.

This fabulous spacious and sporty property has plenty going on for every age and interest. The hotel is divided into two complexes known as the Front Area 150mts and Sports Area 200mts from the beach. Both complexes have their own receptions and pools, however, guests are invited to use the facilities in both areas. Activities include horse riding, lessons in the dressage or jumping arenas, to a spot of football on the international size pitch, or you could even take a turn around the ice skating rink. If all this sounds too much and you just want to chill out, there is lots of space to top up your tan either around one of the pools or on the beach. This luxurious beachfront hotel has a wonderful infinity pool, overlooking the gulf of Aquaba’s crystal clear waters. Christmas and New Years Eve Gala Dinners are included.

Renovated in 2010, this family-friendly beach resort hotel comprises a total of 520 rooms, including 17 suites and 2 junior suites. The spacious accommodation overlooks the hotel's tropical gardens or the extensive pool. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a concierge and guest relations desk, a hotel safe (free of charge) and a hair and beauty salon. There is a bar and a restaurant and guests also have baggage service and storage, a bank and a bookshop at their disposal. They will appreciate the conference facilities and can also take advantage of the 24-hour room service and dry cleaning and laundry services. “ PLUS - Although the hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were rather 'tired' and could do with a makeover. Food was plentiful but not a lot of selection or variation. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
