“ The staff are the friendliest bunch of people that you would ever wish to meet. The food was excellent and I can quite honestly say didn't get bored once on my holiday. The down side is that it isn't near a beach but there is a bus.

“ Great hotel for value and for younger children, kids club, mini water park and kids play areas! Buffet food can be a bit repetitive, but there are three restaurants you can also dine at, two of which are free once a week! There is a free shuttle bus two two beaches and also to Naama bay each evening.

The staff are the friendliest bunch of people that you would ever wish to meet. The food was excellent and I can quite honestly say didn't get bored once on my holiday. The down side is that it isn't near a beach but there is a bus. We went on a couple of organised trips which were great and very well done.
Would definitely go back and nearly everyone I spoke to had been before or said that they would go back.

“ The hotel was very good and the staff at the reception/ restaurant were excellent.
“ Top Tip: When going to Naama Bay be careful of some shopkeepers who really try to force you to buy things that you may not need and always barter.

This hotel is great and closed to Namma Bay just a taxi away which cost as littles at £3.
The people in the hote are very pleasant and helpful, theres Hamed at the pool, who will happily get your towels for u each morning and get u the best spot! Bassem who works at the pool bar very friendly and helpful will bring u drinks day and night! The restaurent staff are all very helpful and pleasant .
The entertainment team are great happy go lucky staff x
“
Top Tip:
if u go to Namma Bay there will b locals that try and trick u in crossing at the "pedestrian crossing" just ignore tthey ust want your money and are very rude if u don't give them any!
If u dont want to b hassled whilst in Namma Bay just ignore and say nothing if u wish to shop they are quite pleasant and when u say no they not the right price they will always lower !

I found the hotel staff extremely pleasant and hard working. All were friendly and could not do enough for you. This made for a totally relaxing holiday.
The pools / grounds and rooms were very clean.
Could do with a touch of paint in some locations, a very minor point.
There was a good choice of food for the All Inclusive, could find something for nearly all tastes. You would need to be very fussy not to find something.
I would recommend this to anyone.
