The resort was beautiful, the hotel and the grounds were to be admired but sadly the service let them down. Staff seemed rather indifferent about request, oh yes they never seemed to say no but still did things the way they wanted/used too. This give led me to believe that they did not always understand.
oh yes - they really should not call BBQ bar, the food out of that resembles nothing like a bbq its poorer then most high street frying fast food chains. Big let down for such a beautiful place.
And if you are on 'All inclusive' its not, there are extra charges here and there and if you plan to eat at the Italian place don't be surprise if you are served the desert first.

“ Great hotel. Good night life near by. Not really a lot for kids to do. But there is a water park near by. food was ok but it let them down having different menus for all inclusive and paying guests. Paying guests had more to choose from. Found most staff very friendly and helpful . Go again.
“ Top Tip: Good restaurants in the new SoHo square. nahma bay much better at night.

Hotel facilities were great, our time spent here was very relaxing. Hotel was very
quiet, as was the whole of Sharm. Must be the effect of global recession.
Rooms were fantastic, absolutely huge.
Major bad point was the food- always cold and very limited choice. Repetative
menu. Did not cater for British people. It was more like 3 star quality.
Staff were not the best I've experienced on other trips to Egypt. No service around the pool, unless you went to pool bar yourself. Not 5 star all inclusive.
“ Top Tip: Go in to Soho Square rather than Namma Bay, lot less hassle, nice shops bars and places to eat.

“ Rooms are large, set in hexagonal blocks in the grounds which makes them feel more like a bungalow than just a room. Whilst the location might not suit some people as it is a 10min free mini bus to beach and bus/taxi ride to town the location was fine for me as I was there for short break, 5 nights, the closeness to the airport was an advantage to me, and the excellent gym, spa and pool gave me everything I wanted. I had booked AI and again excellent value booked through Travel Republic. I wanted a 'Fitness' break with warmth and planned my trip accordingly and this Hotel was ideal for what I wanted to do. The Hotel is used by the Conference Centre next door, during my stay a lot of people staying were actually attending conferences and only had breakfast at the Hotel consequently it was very quiet for holiday guests. Spa offers excellent treatments at good value, room was kept spotlessly clean and restaurant and bar staff were very pleasant. Excellent break for me for what I wanted, do read Hotel details though and be aware transport either taxi or Hotel bus which has to be booked is needed if wanting to go out and it is under flight path so gets some aircraft noise.
