“ Hotel was ok for the money 2 bedroom apartment were large and sort of cleaned each day. Reception staff were helpful when we needed to move room when are air con leaked in the bedroom and living room twice. Food was not too bad their was always a bit to eat soup, salad, eggs or pasta. The staff in the restaurant were fine and helpful. Staff on the pool bar well there was only one could not cope on is own was miserable and unhelpful, and the one on the amigos bar was worse all he only ever said "WHAT DO YOU WANT". Could not move from any bar unless you left you plastic glasses and swaped for more like paper cups. One plastic glass one drink. Entertainment spinning man and belly dancer every 3rd night that's it. All inclusive finish at 12.00 on your last day even if you don't arrive at 23.00 on your first night, to make it worse if you pay £27 to keep your room on you still don't get the all inclusive.
“ Top Tip: T2 and the end of the street for a good pint and the football. Had food in there one night was a good price and not bad for a change. El mercarto was £1.50 in a taxi for shopping there McDonald and KFC

THE BUFFET FOOD WAS TO A GOOD STANDARD; HOWEVER IT WAS DISAPPOINTING THAT THE THEMED RESTAURANTS-ITALIAN & STEAK HOUSE WERE NOT OPEN DURING OUR STAY; THIS WAS ONE OF OUR MAIN REASONS FOR CHOOSING THIS HOTEL. AS GOOD AS IT IS TO GO OUT AND EAT, IT IS SOMETIMES NICE AFTER A DAYS EXCURSION TO DRESS UP AND STAY IN!
WOULD ALSO HAVE TO SAY THAT THE HOTEL EVENING ENTERTAINMENT WAS LIMITED!
HAVING SAID THE ABOVE AND AFTER VISITING FOR SHARM EL SHEIKH FOR THE FIRST TIME AND NOW KNOWING THE ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE WOULD CONSIDER THIS HOTEL AGAIN AS IT OFFERED GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!
“ Top Tip: NAAMA BAY, CAMEL RIDES AND STAR GAZING

“ The hotel is fine in terms of cleanliness and staff service. It is quite a distance to the beach and the beach it self was not sandy as indicated.
“ Top Tip: This hotel is set well back from the shopping area and its very quiet.

The hotel was VERY unproffessional - the staff made prices up as they went along.I was all inclusive but the wine was awful and it was warm I had to ask for ice continually - I asked to buy a bottle of white wine and the bar man asked for £25.00 I asked for a manager to come and give me a price that wasn't much better £12.50 and I am sure it was all part of a "scam" and that they bought the wine and shared the profit - I bought 2 bottles but in the end settled for the a/i rose wine which by this time was usually chilled. all local spirit /wine and beer was awful but never mind if it had been cold. There was no other alchohol on display with a price to purchase - not a slice of lemon or lime and certainly no cocktails. In the pub upstairs you had to present your empty glass before the barman would give you a refill - we were people in our 50's and 60's and we were not hoarding up glasses with stacks of drinks - it was noticeable that when I bought the £12.50 wine (that's english pounds) I got a glass and they regularly came to top me up when my glass was half full. My friend went to get a beer at3 minutes past 11 and had to pay - ok fair enough but £3.00 for a plastic tumbler when on the day we left and our a/i had stopped we paid that for 2 beers.
The pool attendant in charge of towels was excellent (Mohammed) The pool side waiter was poor and hardly ever came round to see if anything was wanted and yet when you went to the bar to collect a plastic cup of water he was offended and wanted to bring it to you which usually took about 10 minutes I eventually managed to get a bottle of water on a daily basis to save all the messing about.
The restaurant had enough waiters to serve a small army but the lolled around laughing among them selves and they only person who seemed efficient and professional was they head waiter (a black gentleman) at the beginning of the 2nd week some guys in white shirts came around and did a lot of talking and finger pointing and it did improve a little at breakfast. The food was average to good but the only fruit available was melon (at breakfast) and an orage after we continually asked for fruit - which we quite prepared to pay for,
The spa and its' staff were very good but the prices were so varied that lots of guests were disappointed because one paid less than the other.
The rooms though rather tired were kept clean and they towel art was delightful - all done by male cleaners.
The steps were dangerous as there were no hand rails and at night the lighting by the steps were not sufficient I fell as did fellow guest and the stepping stone on the pathways effect was not easy to manipulate.
In conclusion the hotel is absolutely not a 4 star - it is run by a bunch of inefficient staff aided by what to me seems to be a bunch of happy go lucky students on the make - nothing was properly organised - I did not expect perfection - It does not seem after what I have written but I am very easy going I have been travelling to North Africa for nearly 20 years - I have stayed in 2 stars that have been better run than the Mexicana - that pay more attention to detail and give you better value for money. Very disappointed would not recommend to anyone.
