  • Have stayed here many times and will definitely go back. Lovely hotel, staff extreemly friendly, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere and good location to get anywhere you wish.

  • I have been to Sharm a few times and tried different hotels; I always stay in the area; Mexicana was recommended to me and I am pleased to have "finally" gone this time. It was really good. The room was spacious and clean, food was fine.

    8.5 Excellent

The resort offers guests two swimming pools (one heated), two private beaches (one sandy and one rocky), two bars at the hotel and a bar at each beach and an air conditioned shuttle bus. The hotel also provides a children's play area, billiards, table tennis, disco, laundry service and currency exchange. There is a massage service available (on request, local charge) and babysitting can also be arranged locally (local charge).

Poor

its never a four star hotel. The AI is just ridiculous. We never had any snacks in the afternoon the whole week and when we went to get ice-cream we were told that it had to be paid for it was only for the children. The rooms were dirty we had to change our 3 times after arriving at 12 o'clock at night. The linnen was dirty the bathroom was dirty and it just needs a wee bit of looking after. I fell through a chair which should never had been put out and when I told the rep he asked which one it was !!!!! Like it was still going to be there next morning and in the same state. Actually there was nothing good about it apart from the staff. The restaurant and food were very poor and you could not get a drink in a GLASS after nine o'clock at night drinks were served in plastic cups. I would not recommend this holtel to anyone and I think you should review your connection with it

Top Tip: Just broken pavements and a couple of supermarkets to buy food from

Hotel has become "tired" since we visited 7 years ago. Shower room needed most attention. Restaurant selection and standards of choice have also declined.

The hotel its self was nice, great pool areas. The room was nice and comfortable. Towels and bedding changed every day. Towels provided for pool/beach. AllInclusive food was terrible and a lot of the the 'hot' food (but never more than tepid was re-heated). Poor selection of salads. Plenty of choice for desert and most of it was good. Breakfast was the best meal of the day.
The drinks are just the worst and all smelt of chemicals.
Most of the staff are great.
Would I recommend this hotel... NO
