Novotel Sharm El Sheikh Palm Hotel

“ i would like to say how much my husband and i enjoyed our stay at the novertel hotel in egypt close to the beech and entertainment staff very good made us feel very welcome and looked after us very well the only down fall was that there was no entertainment at our side of the hotel where it was all inclusive only entetainment at the sister hotel across the road where we had to pay for our drinks if you have paid for al incusive then it should apply to both hotels or put entertainment on at the hotel we stayed in

“ The hotel was spotless and well maintained, staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was fine.
The pools at Palm and Beach were lovely and the fluffy blue towels were easily available.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.
Whilst the Palm is on the other side of the road from the Novotel Beach the beach is very easily accessible as the crossing is staffed at all hours. It also has advantages in that it is peaceful and quiet at night.

“ Top Tip: Kookai restaurant is lovely. The tours offered by Sinai Adventures (easily contactable in advance of your holiday) were excellent and good value.

“ We stayed in the Novotel Palm hotel for one week, bed and breakfast, in September 2011. The hotel had recently re-opened after having been closed following the political unrest in Egypt earlier in the year. We found the hotel to be very modern and clean with excellent swimming pools including a children's pool with slides etc and lovely well maintained grounds. The staff were very helpful, the choice at breakfast was good, as was the cooking (excellent omelettes served by pleasant, cheerful, young chef). If I had to find fault I would say that it was that the bed was too firm, but this was remedied immediately by the manager who arranged for an extra cover to be put on it. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes (over the road and through the Novotel Beach hotel grounds) and crossing the road was assisted by an ever-present "lollipop-man". The beach was clean, there was a good choice of sunbeds, towels were provided, and we found the beach bar and service to be excellent. Although the hotel is towards one end of Naama Bay the pedestrian walkway along the front is very pleasant (with beach bars/restaurants on one side, and hotel gardens/bars on the other) and only takes a few minutes, with the added bonus that you can always take a camel-taxi ride if you prefer! In fact we quite looked forward to this regular evening stroll. All in all it was an excellent experience, and one we intend to repeat in the near future. We have been regular visitors to Naama Bay for 5 years; this was our first stay in the Novotel Palm and we would most definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending it.

“ Top Tip: Enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails every night at the Ghazala bar. Good for football fans as there are large screens in the bar area. Indian restaurant under the Camel bar is good too.
