Good

Check-in date:

Generally the staff were good although it tended to be a bit hit & miss at the various bars. Glasses for beer were always very small so guests would get 2 or 3 at a time otherwise you would be forever visiting the bar! The food was plentiful if a little mundane, the salad bar was very good as was the choice of cakes etc.
The hotel was kept spotless & the standered of the rooms was very good.
All in all a good hotel with a nice stretch of beach but if you want sunbeds on the beach you must be prepared to be up & down there by 7.30 - 8.00 with your towels as the italians tend to prefer the beach to the pools & so fill up the beds pretty early. If you like to be around the pool then it's not a problem as there are loads of beds.
We would use this hotel again for a good value all inclusive.

Check-in date:

A fantastic hotel, the standard of this hotel definitely is a 5 star. Very clean troughout, the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedsheets and towels
3 pools, tennis court and a massive garden that goes all the way down to it's very own private beach.
The food is amazing the only problem is choosing what to have as there is so much to choose from.
The only down side to this hotel is that it's not suitable for young children due to not having much to cater for the kids. The kids club is more like a nursery for up to 4 years old and has nothing for older kids.
The staff are very friendly and help full.

Top Tip: There are no lifts at this hotel and it's not suitable for family's with babys in pushchairs, you will need to carry the pushchairs up and down the stairs. there was a family in this situation and was'nt pleased as the travel agents they booked with assured them that there are lifts.

A fantastic holiday enjoyed in a really lovely Hotel which was staffed by hugely respectable staff who went out of their way to ensure thatyour every need was satisfied.

The meals were plentiful, varied and everything was always fresh, the bread in every form that it was presented was delightful to taste. Although the staff work extensive hours, a smile was never far away, and when dining, you could pretty much eat anything, from such a wide variety of presented dishes. We even had an egyptian night.

The entertainment was good, with those wishing to take part, always having fun, and the Mini Disco each evening for little children was hilarious for us adults, watching the little ones having fun.

Show time each evening allowed you the opportunity to see the animation team at work, with everyone working incredibly hard to satisfy the holidaymakers who were from a variety of countries and nationalities.

Add to that lot the weather, which was stunning, the sun beds which were plentiful, and the large towels that were always spotless and fresh, you were never going to struggle at this resort.

The only puzzling aspect, is how can holidaymakers finf fault at this Hotel.

I and my partner Amy will definately return, and all I can conclude with, is that 7 days was never going to be enough.

Finally, enjoy the glorious and well maintained gardens that surround this Hotel as you stroll to the beach, with Aaron Waves who are based there, always on hand to provide you with any beach entertainment you wish for, from Snorkelling to Boat Trips.

This place has it all!!!

Top Tip: At Soho City ( A very nice spot I might add) there is an Ice Bar, you have to sample it!

Magnificent

Check-in date:

This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. We have been there 3 times, and everytime we have been put in a different part of the hotel, all 3 times we had 2 double beds, a small lounge area, tv with cable channels, fridge, kettle, good storage for clothing and a good size bathroom and the room always comes with a balcony. There are 3 main swimming pools, large buffet dining hall & the staff are friendly. Food is basic but always clean with staff wearing plastic gloves when serving. Just outside the hotel there are banks (including a HSBC), a supermarket if you want to put anything in the fridge, souveir shops & eateries including a Burger King opposite, pubs & restaurants etc. The hotel is on a sandy beach with lots of sun beds and each guest gets a towel card. All in all we would defo reccommend this hotel, and we will be going back again next year.
